I bought this oil because it's a type that even those with super sensitive skin can use with peace of mind. I tried it because it was supposed to help remove blackheads, but it didn't work for me. Now I'm managing my sebum with cleansing oil and a sebum softener. - me******Combination SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedFeb 10, 2025
I blend this with essential oils to make a body oil, and it works great as a base. While it's a bit thick, it absorbs well into my dry skin. The thick consistency is a bit disappointing, so I mix it with other body creams for better application. - no**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJan 30, 2025
Mixing it with an emulsion provides amazing hydration. I love that the scent isn't too strong. It's unavoidable that a little product leaks out when opening and closing the lid. - am***Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 22, 2024
I have super sensitive skin and couldn't find a suitable emulsion, so I used this instead. It hasn't caused any issues, so I've been applying it consistently. It's too rich, causing my hair to stick to my face when I get a haircut. I'm looking to switch to something else. - mi************Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 19, 2024
Now Foods Jojoba Oil became my go-to after coconut oil caused blemishes for my kids and me. A friend's gift, and I quickly understood why it's so popular. It's lightweight yet moisturizing, perfect for my children's extremely dry winter skin. Applying it right after bathing, followed by cream, provides excellent hydration. As a busy mom, when I'm too tired for a full routine, quickly applying this oil all over is convenient and sufficiently moisturizing. I'm really satisfied with it. Key benefits: • Absorbs well without irritation. • Excellent for extremely dry skin in winter. • Suitable for the whole family, kids and adults alike. • Maximizes moisture retention when used immediately after bathing. Overall, Now Foods Jojoba Oil delivers both hydration and gentleness. It's essential for family skincare, especially in dry winters. Highly recommended for busy moms as an easy moisturizing solution! So far, I haven't found any downsides. The scent is subtle, much better than emu oil. Overall, it's close to being fragrance-free. - du*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 8, 2024
It's great for applying when dead skin cells appear white on your legs. The size is also just right, which is nice. I only used it on my body because it seemed to cause blemishes when I applied it to my face. Since it's natural, you'll probably need to use it diligently. The dispenser is inconvenient to use. - my***********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 26, 2024
I highly recommend jojoba oil for seasonal transitions! I use it as a face oil year-round, except in summer. My routine is to apply toner, then serum, followed by jojoba oil, and finally moisturizer. For dry skin, I even mix it into my cream. It provides excellent hydration and absorbs well into the skin. What I love most is that it doesn't clog pores. During seasonal changes and harsh winters, I also mix it with body lotion. When body cream alone isn't enough, adding jojoba oil significantly improves both hydration and longevity of moisture. Now Foods Jojoba Oil is versatile for face, hair, and body use. The only slight drawback is the cap design, but you can easily transfer it to another container for convenience. For an effective scalp treatment, especially during baths, I mix aloe vera gel, jojoba oil, and castor oil. This combination is fantastic for dry scalps and helps with hair loss concerns. I use this as a weekly scalp pack, and it works wonders! - ha****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresNov 9, 2024
Unfortunately, it seems my skin doesn't agree with oils in general, as I noticed more blemishes appearing. Sigh, that's why I ended up tossing this product after using it a few times. On the bright side, it's definitely gentler than other oils I've tried. - gk*********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 30, 2024
It's incredibly moisturizing and perfect for facial massages. When you open up your pores with a warm towel and then do a face massage, your skin becomes wonderfully firm and supple! I didn't really like the scent. Also, since it's an oil, I'd recommend those prone to blemishes to avoid it. - ou***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 13, 2024
Cleansing oil - In fall and winter, I prefer rich, moisturizing oils, so I incorporate them when making my cleansing oil. For scalp cleansing - I apply it thoroughly, massage it in, and rinse it off. While it doesn't feel like much, it provides a deep cleanse. The packaging seems prone to oxidation at the lid, and the product tends to leak easily. It's great to use on its own, and it's perfect for DIY cleansing oil recipes.
