First off, I really liked the scent. If I had to point out a positive aspect, that would be it. There seem to be quite a few unfavorable ingredients in this product. I guess that explains the low price point. It would be great if they could improve on other aspects besides just the fragrance and packaging. I wouldn't recommend this for oily skin or seborrheic dermatitis. - Hwahae UserOily SkinDec 11, 2019
Like others, I found the fragrance to be the best part. Even after washing my hair, the scent lingered for quite some time. It's disappointing to see some questionable ingredients. I'm pregnant, and my sister gave this to me. I used it, but now I'm shocked after checking the ingredients list. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinNov 2, 2019
The fragrance is lovely. I really like the scent. It's nice... While the scent is pleasant, I truly appreciate the aroma. It makes my scalp itchy and dry. I bought a lot, so I'm just using it up. I won't purchase this again. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 10, 2019
Silicone-free? Don't be fooled by that claim alone After using this, my scalp became incredibly itchy and I developed dead skin cells. When I went to the dermatologist, they diagnosed me with seborrheic dermatitis. I'm so frustrated! I still have some left, but I'm just going to throw it away - hw******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 27, 2018
The scent...? That's about it, unfortunately. I should have read the reviews earlier - there were others who got burned like me. At first use, it didn't feel particularly refreshing, but I kept using it thinking it might improve. However, my scalp condition worsened instead of getting better. I started developing dandruff I never had before, and my scalp became increasingly itchy. I've only used as much as shown in the photo and threw the rest away. It's absolute garbage! Even as I'm writing this, my scalp is burning. I used to have dry skin, but my previous shampoo had balanced my scalp to normal. Thanks to this product, I think I'm back to having super sensitive skin again. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMay 10, 2018
I bought this because it smells nice and is silicone-free. It feels like it really controls excess oil well. While it's effective at controlling oil, it leaves my hair feeling quite dry and straw-like after washing. A conditioner is absolutely necessary! The fragrance doesn't last long either. I used it up but switched to a different shampoo. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 11, 2017
The scent is okay, I guess. Many people say they like it, but I think it's a matter of personal preference. Seems like subtle floral fragrances aren't really my thing! I haven't used it much yet, but it seems like a pretty average shampoo. The ingredients aren't particularly impressive, so I'm not sure about repurchasing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 3, 2017
The only advantages are that it's silicone-free and available at a slightly lower price. After using this, I experienced scalp issues for the first time in my life. It's incredibly stressful. I regret buying this from the supermarket instead of a salon. I'm trying various hair products to address my scalp problems, and it's costing me a fortune. I'm even afraid to visit the hair salon now. Thanks to this product, I've become more interested in hair care and have learned a lot by researching different options. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 11, 2017
The scent is decent, I guess? I felt reassured buying it from Olive Young since it's silicone-free. I bought this thinking it would be good, but my skin completely flared up after using it. It's the first time my face has reacted like this, and I'm so angry. I can't even go out without makeup now. I'm having to visit a dermatologist. Looking at other reviews, I see some people had their skin react badly too... I can imagine how furious they must have been. Everyone, please check the ingredients carefully! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinApr 1, 2017
Despite being a silicone-free shampoo, it doesn't leave my hair feeling stiff at all. In fact, it's surprisingly gentle. Since I started using this, my scalp blemishes have almost disappeared, and I've noticed less hair fall compared to other shampoos. The subtle rose fragrance is delightful too. I'm extremely satisfied with this product. In Europe, this costs about 2.50 euros (just under 3000 won in Korean currency). It's hard to believe they're selling it for 13,900 won in Korea. Honestly, it seems like they're pricing it way too high.
