I bought this because I trust Jason. I had a good experience with Jason's dandruff shampoo, so I decided to try this one. The positive point? It lathers well. It doesn't seem to suit my oily scalp. When I use only this shampoo, I get dandruff and itchiness. It's not entirely due to this shampoo, as my scalp tends to be like that, but there's no improvement in its condition. It might not be bad for those with dry scalps, but I wouldn't recommend it for oily scalps. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 1, 2018
Great cleansing effectiveness. The shampoo has a light consistency. The container is convenient to use. Doesn't lather well. Hair feels stiff after use. The scent is not very appealing. - at****Combination SkinRecommendedAug 28, 2018
Strangely enough, I found myself drawn to this unique scent. It's perfect for summer use as it doesn't make my hair go limp quickly. Similar shampoos with these ingredients often leave my hair feeling a bit stiff after washing, which I've grown to like, so this felt familiar. It's like how healthy food might taste bitter - I use it with that mindset, and it seems my hair is improving along with it. The plastic container is small and there's no refill option. I wonder why they made it so tiny - it's like they want us to stick it up our noses! For the sake of the environment, I wish they'd make the container larger. I believe the most crucial step is to always gently massage the scalp and hair thoroughly, followed by a meticulous rinse. Then, I apply a touch of my favorite essential oil to the ends of my hair as it's drying. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 19, 2018
I have an oily scalp and my hair was lifeless, so I was worried that using too many products would kill the volume. Surprisingly, this product actually brings my hair to life. I'm not sure why, but it works! I'm a bit concerned about the various preservatives used in the formula As someone with an oily scalp, I use this product daily and occasionally switch to a sulfate-containing shampoo with stronger cleansing power for maintenance - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopic SkinJun 19, 2018
The cleansing effectiveness is decent and the price isn't too high. I'd prefer if it had no scent at all. However, the smell is absolutely terrible. I can't believe they added fragrance - what kind of scent were they going for? Because of the smell, I won't be repurchasing. I'm sorry... personally, I can't recommend this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 19, 2017
After dyeing my hair, I had severe dead skin cells on my scalp, so I bought this at Watson's. At first, I was surprised by the scent - it reminded me of laundry soap from childhood. When I used it, I was pleased that it made my hair less stiff compared to regular silicone-free shampoos. After a week, I could feel my scalp becoming healthier. Most importantly, while mart shampoos used to make my hair frizzy, this one made it silky and bouncy. It really minimizes the typical dryness of silicone-free products. The scent isn't great, but I'm putting up with it. The packaging is not impressive. It looks quite cheap (which is why no one else uses mine, haha). I use it with a treatment rather than a conditioner. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 20, 2017
It definitely calms scalp flakiness and rinses clean. It had a more natural feel than I expected. After washing, hair feels a bit stiff, so I'd recommend using a conditioner. I bought it to soothe an itchy scalp, but it didn't quite manage that. - su**********Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinDec 14, 2015
The price is quite reasonable considering the ingredients. It's great for use during winter. The scent is unpleasant. It also has that typical stiffness characteristic of natural products. There's an extreme stiffness when rinsing off the foam. I'm not even sure if it's cleaning thoroughly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 28, 2015
I bought this after trying biotin from iHerb which wasn't great. My hair feels incredibly hydrated after washing, like it's been drenched in water? It's moisturizing even without using a separate treatment. To be honest, the scent isn't the best, but for a sulfate-free shampoo, it lathers well. It's one of the top shampoos I've tried... I've used pretty much every shampoo out there, and even disregarding the price, this is the best among them. I think I'll stick with this one. The smell is like wet cardboard... It's really not pleasant to me. After shampooing, applying a drop of argan oil makes your hair feel hydrated.
