Even with super short lashes that look like they've been singed, this mascara works wonders as a long lash solution. The tiny brush is great for avoiding smudges. It tends to clump a bit, and while the small brush has its advantages, it doesn't comb through the lashes very well. I've been using the mascara wand at an angle. I bend it slightly into an L-shape when holding the handle. This mascara holds lashes in place well and reduces smudging. It also creates long lashes. I often get asked if I'm wearing false lashes when I use this. I've been using it for a year now, and the generous amount is still going strong. However, you need to let it dry completely before applying another mascara on top, otherwise it clumps and gets messy. Be careful when applying close to the lash roots as it can sting. When I first started using it, my eyes would tear up and feel very irritated. After checking the ingredients, I understand why it causes eye irritation.
