It absorbs beautifully and the deep brown color is stunning. You can create a sultry eye look with ease. It's also very simple to apply. While it absorbs well due to its soft texture, it does tend to smudge a bit. I'm not sure if it's just my skin type or eye shape that causes the smudging. Also, it can cause some eye irritation. Those with super sensitive skin might want to avoid this. - sk****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 10, 2020
Beautiful khaki color with a sandy undertone. Smooth application and long-lasting wear without smudging. Works well on oily eyelids with hidden double eyelids. It hardens within a year, making it unusable. If you don't use it frequently after purchase, you'll end up throwing it away after just a few uses. Surprisingly, my older Body Shop liner with a similar formula is still going strong, while the Stila one hardens. The color is truly beautiful, so I recommend it for those who wear makeup often. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedFeb 8, 2020
+Color payoff The pigmentation is fantastic. Not only is the color beautiful, but it also shows up vividly on the eyes. I'm using the shade 'espresso'. It's a perfect color for everyday wear. +Longevity The staying power is top-notch. Some pencils tend to smudge and disappear over time, but this eyeliner doesn't budge. Even when I touch up my skin in the afternoon, I rarely need to fix my eyeliner after applying it in the morning. +Waterproof You know how some products claim to be waterproof but aren't really? This one is genuinely waterproof. +Practicality You can twist it to get the desired length of product. There's a sharpener at the end, allowing you to create thin lines if that's what you're after. +Smudging ability This product can be smudged for a softer look. After applying, you can use the built-in sponge to smudge it, creating a natural gradient effect. When drawing the eyeliner, if you press too hard, does it crumble or break? It seems the formula might be a bit too soft. If you apply it gently, this eyeliner will last all day long! - sh*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJul 28, 2019
The staying power is absolutely top-notch! It doesn't budge even when your face is completely wet! The price is a bit of a letdown... But it's more reasonable when you catch it on sale. - fo********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2018
It removes makeup gently yet effectively. Once it starts to dry, it's harder to remove, which speaks to its excellent staying power. I'm really impressed with its performance. The quantity seems a bit small. It feels like it wears down faster than other eyeliners. The thick tip tends to create bolder lines, which might not be everyone's preference. You need to use it with minimal product exposed to get the best results. While it doesn't break easily, extending it too far can lead to disappointment as it doesn't retract. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 10, 2017
The only eyeliner that applies well, doesn't smudge under the eyes, and doesn't bleed for me. Be careful, as the product won't go back in once it comes out. Just stick to the basics. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinAug 7, 2017
The pigmentation is great, as it applies true to color. It's good to use when you want a sharp, defined look, like for taking portrait photos. It blends out easily. While the creamy texture is nice on the mucous membranes, it can create smudged lines under the eyes when you blink. Also, the product's formula is not very long-lasting, so you can't remove a lot at once, which makes it a bit inconvenient to apply. The texture is very soft, so it tends to clump up and flake off when you try to apply it. Ah, my money... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 15, 2017
It didn't bleed, was easy to draw, and being waterproof was even better. Also, as an eyeliner pencil, it's thinner than others, so you don't have to worry about drawing it on too thick. I just bought it, since I haven't used it all up yet, but I plan to buy it again once I finish it! Since it's a pencil eyeliner, if you twist it out a lot, it can get a bit smudged. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 8, 2017
I've been using this product for over 2 years now.. It's a product I really cherish. I'm using the pearl eyeliner. It has a subtle shimmer, great color payoff, and most importantly, it's very smooth. Personally, I find that it smudges less and even if it does, it blends out naturally. If you're a Clinique eyeliner user, I think you'll really like this one as well.. The price is a bit burdensome... The fact that the gel eyeliner is in a pencil form and requires careful maintenance to sharpen it is also a bit inconvenient. Even though I have watery eyes and oily skin, I don't have to worry about those issues when using this product!! If you apply a bit of powder beforehand, there's hardly any smudging at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 13, 2016
It seems to be the least smudging among pencils, yet it still smudges... The color is so, so beautiful!! It's a peculiar product - it smudges and smears when applied underneath, but doesn't smudge when applied on top... The brown khaki one smudges less, but the black one smudges a lot :(
