I bought this because it was affordable. I got it during a 1+1 deal for combination and normal-to-dry skin types. After applying, it doesn't absorb into the skin but forms a layer. When I sweat, beads of perspiration form on my face. It's extremely sticky, and I had to stop using it because it caused blemishes on my chin and cheeks. Even when I applied it only to extremely dry areas, it didn't absorb at all. Instead, it just sat on top of the skin, remaining sticky until I washed it off. After cleansing, my skin felt even drier. I keep it in the refrigerator and use it as a body moisturizer for dry areas. - cf******Dry SkinSensitive SkinMay 23, 2016
I've repurchased this product multiple times, used it myself, and recommended it to several people who've tried it with me. Everyone consistently says it's great. I didn't realize it contained so many potentially harmful ingredients, but it's incredibly gentle, moisturizing, and absorbs quickly into the skin without any discomfort. When I apply it before bed and wake up in the morning, my skin feels silky smooth. My boyfriend stopped using it after about two jars, saying it seemed to cause blemishes. It would be so much better if it came in a larger size or included a spoon. Scooping it out with your fingers feels unhygienic. If you keep it in the fridge and apply it generously when it's cool, it feels like a face mask that tightens your pores - perfect for summer! - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 29, 2015
I've been exclusively using Secret Key's moisturizer, and I'm on my second bottle now! As someone with dry skin, it applies so beautifully, leaving my skin completely hydrated. I'm prone to makeup pilling, but with this, my makeup doesn't budge at all. I'm absolutely thrilled with it! My friend tried the oily skin version instead of the normal to dry skin one and wasn't impressed. I'd recommend sticking to the normal to dry skin formula. The only downside for me is that dust tends to collect on the white seal under the lid. But that's not an issue with the product itself, which I find flawless. - ho******Dry SkinJun 24, 2015
Since I used it in summer, I didn't experience any dryness. It absorbs well and feels lighter than steam creams, which I really liked. I was shocked to see here that it contains many unfavorable ingredients. Secret Key heavily emphasizes their '5-free' formula and no harmful additives, but it seems they just replaced those with other questionable ingredients. Because it's so light, I often mixed it with my foundation for use. - 94********Dry SkinSensitive SkinJun 12, 2015
The only positive aspect I found while using this cosmetic product was its pleasant fragrance. It's just mediocre. I think it would be better to spend a bit more money and buy a high-quality moisturizer instead. There's no 'wow, this is great!' feeling at all. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinJan 3, 2015
Moisturizing and affordable. It has a light cream texture that doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy. I feel like my skin is still dry underneath. It seems to only provide surface-level hydration... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 15, 2014
The affordable price and generous amount are definite pluses. It's ideal for times when you need extra richness for extremely dry skin. Due to its high oil content, it's hard to feel the hydration. Instead, it leaves more of an oily sensation on the skin.
