I think my pore size has also decreased a bit, so I'm definitely planning to repurchase. The effects weren't that dramatic. I think you'll need to use it consistently. It's a pump-type, and when you press down on the pump, a bit more product comes out than expected. You may want to be careful with the amount you dispense.
