Despite being a balm type, it melts instantly with body heat, absorbs well, and leaves no sticky residue or lingering sensation. I love the delicate signature fragrance of Mizon products. The 'Melting Rich' name is completely misleading as it's not rich at all. Possibly due to the titanium dioxide, it feels more drying than moisturizing, and I'm hesitant about including this ingredient in a base product. While not officially listed as discontinued, it seems likely it has been. I was extremely satisfied with how it absorbs, the scent, and the price point. The fragrance was subtle, and it absorbed well without feeling greasy or leaving a shiny residue. When applied to my face, there was a slight tingling sensation. I have combination and super sensitive skin, and I experienced unusual itching and burning, particularly around my chin, forehead, and lower face. Despite being called a 'rich cream', it seemed to absorb or evaporate too quickly, contrary to what I expected. Don't apply your skincare too thickly or it might feel sticky... Just use a moderate amount.
