ConsSome people say it smudges, but with pencil eyeliners, a little smudging is unavoidable. However, this is still one of the least smudging pencil eyeliners I've used.
TipI use a soft eyeliner for my waterline and a gel or liquid eyeliner for my lash line to complete my eye makeup look!

You should definitely try the 15th shade of Brown. First of all, there is almost no smudging. I find that most pencils I use tend to smudge, but the Makeup Forever Aqua Pencil and the Peripera Pencil are similar in that regard. On days when I sweat a lot and it's tough, it might smudge a little bit. There is a more pigmented, matte dark brown shade, but that one smudges more. The texture is completely different between the shimmery and matte versions. The matte one feels softer... Smooth application! It applies well even with just one or two strokes. The color is pretty.
ConsAs mentioned above, on really tough days in the summer, it can smudge a bit. Normally, there's no smudging, and after about 12 hours, it just fades a little bit. But the Makeup Forever and Peripera products also fade a bit in that timeframe. This product is still better than the Makeup Forever one. It's a twist-up type, but it's soft, so you have to sharpen it often and it's messy :( The price is not exactly cheap - the order from cheapest to most expensive is Peripera > Ardell > Makeup Forever.
TipThe photo shows the swatch on the back of my hand after I sprayed it with a mist and then applied a rich, oily cream (that I usually use as an eye cream) and rubbed it in for about 20 seconds. The product did not smudge or fade after that process. I've reviewed this product in detail with a video on my blog, so I'm uploading a screenshot from that. Sorry about the close-up eye photo... it's the only one I have that shows the details clearly.
