I don't think this product works well when applied with a cotton pad. It seems better to dispense a small amount onto your hands and gently press it into your face, as if you're embracing it, to help it absorb better!

The price range is in the $40s... At some point, when the packaging was renewed, the price increased by a few dollars, which was quite disappointing. Whether you buy it abroad or domestically, the price is exactly the same (of course, it's a bit cheaper at duty-free shops). Still, I like you, Clarins!

The Aqua-Emulsion is truly a water-based product! I've been using this without question since my early twenties. Although the packaging has been renewed at some point, and they say the volume is the same, it somehow feels like it's decreased... Haha! It's great to use regardless of the season, summer or winter! Personally, I highly recommend this for those who don't like applying too many products on their face and prefer a light, basic skincare routine! Since it's the first step after cleansing, the lighter it is, the less burdensome the next steps feel.

Due to some irritating ingredients, I wouldn't recommend this for sensitive skin. Personally, I avoided using it on days when I was tired or my skin felt worn out. When my skin wasn't in good condition, it tended to cause a tingling sensation.
