I bought this thinking it would be gentle since it's a baby product, and it definitely seems better than regular shampoos It's so stiff that you absolutely can't skip conditioner... it's that bad - Hwahae UserOily SkinJan 7, 2017
After my baby turned one, I wanted to try separate products instead of the 2-in-1 I was using before. My newborn had cradle cap (the doctor called it seborrheic dermatitis), but it all disappeared after using this! I'm not sure if the previous product was too gentle or if this one is stronger... Looking at the ingredients, it seems like the former might be the case. It stings if it gets in the eyes, making the baby cry. On the bright side, the price is reasonable. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAug 24, 2016
The scent is lovely, and it lathers up so well. I think it's absolutely fantastic! I checked the Hwahae app and was shocked to find four potentially harmful ingredients. Sigh... and this is for my child to use. - pu*******Dry SkinAtopic SkinMay 30, 2016
The scent is decent. There's not much else to praise about it. I think a 2-in-1 product might be better. My hair turned into a nylon broom... I ended up stashing it away. It doesn't seem to have much cleansing effectiveness. I'm not sure if it's even gentle on the hair. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 3, 2016
The scent is lovely! I've tried both this Classic Shampoo and the 2-in-1 version with the orange cap. This one feels less heavy and has a different texture. The 2-in-1 is opaque, probably because it has conditioner mixed in, while this Classic Shampoo has a clear formula. The fragrance of this product seems to last longer too. It does feel a bit stiff when washing, but it's okay once your hair dries. However, it can be a bit drying. Your hair won't feel super silky and smooth after use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 4, 2016
It's generous in quantity and affordable. Personally, I love that it comes with a pump dispenser. After rinsing, it leaves my skin feeling a bit tight. Also, it lathers up too much, which can make my skin feel a little uncomfortable. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 4, 2016
I'm currently using both the bath product and shampoo, and they're fantastic! The fragrance is lovely, and the bottles are generously sized. It seems perfect for my little one. There's not really anything bad to say, but the pump is a bit stiff to press. I suppose it might be designed that way to prevent children from easily dispensing it, but you do need to apply some force when pumping. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 24, 2015
It's for kids, but hey, it's affordable and I can't really find anything bad to say about it! I'm not sure about any downsides, haha. Why do they want me to write so much? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinJul 23, 2015
It lathers up quite well, which is nice. However, I couldn't help but wonder if that meant it contained a high amount of synthetic surfactants. When rinsing, my hair became incredibly stiff and impossible to comb through. It's practically unusable without conditioner. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinMar 6, 2015
It's so gentle, perfect for little ones! My scalp tends to be sensitive, and other shampoos make it itchy, but this one doesn't irritate at all. Such a relief! Since it's made for babies, sometimes my hair feels a bit dry after washing. If you have color-treated hair, you might need to use a separate conditioner afterward.
