Since it contains vaseline, it has a somewhat sticky feel, and it has become difficult to find in offline stores.

This is a multi-balm with a mint-scented vaseline-based formula. I used it more as a hand balm rather than a lip balm - when the skin around insect bites became sensitive and reddened, I would apply it. It has great moisturizing power, effectively smooths over rough patches, and the generous volume means it lasts a long time.

The eucalyptus scent is quite nice, and it's fairly moisturizing, but I don't like sticky lip balms, so I've been using it on mosquito bites or dry elbows instead lol
It's an okay product!

This isn't just for my lips, but I also use it on dry, flaky spots on my face, cuticles, and other areas. In the winter, I just carry this one product around in my pocket.
If you lightly apply this and then put on some tint, your lips will look absolutely gorgeous!

Now, I have to order it through direct import if I want to use it. That's a shame. When it was officially released in Korea, there were tube-type versions too, which was nice, but now it seems only the jar type is available. That's disappointing... Also, you have to be careful because if you leave it in a warm place, it can turn into a liquid.

I'm a lip balm addict, so I can't live even a minute without applying lip balm. That's how much I use lip balms, from the ones you can easily buy at convenience stores to high-end department store brands. I used to go through several tubes of the same brand's original salve when I was in my early to mid-20s, but after reading an article about the harmful dyes used, I quit for a few years. During that time, I couldn't find a lip balm I really liked, so I tried various products before coming back to this one. This time, I opted for a product without dyes... It looks like Vaseline, but it's softer and keeps my lips continuously moisturized, making it easy to apply and absolutely wonderful.
Products with menthol ingredients often make my lips feel drier when I apply them in the winter, but this one doesn't have that menthol sensation at all, it seems they just added the scent for that purpose.

In the fall and winter when it's dry, gently patting it on your face will make it more moisturized. The glow is an added bonus. Be sure to check the ingredients when applying, as incompatible ingredients can cause skin issues.

Sometimes I encounter defective products where the lid is difficult to open.

I love the menthol scent and it gives a refreshing feeling. Most importantly, it is extremely moisturizing. I've tried various lip balms, but the Smith's Rosebud Salve is undoubtedly the best.

For those concerned about hygiene, a tube version would probably be a better choice.

It's not as integrated with the lips as some other rose bud products. The vaseline-like texture doesn't seem to get absorbed, but just sits on top of the lips.
The tin case also requires careful handling - I dropped it once and the side got slightly dented, making it harder to open from then on. 
It's loosened up a lot with frequent use, but you'll need to be cautious with it.

I love the cool scent and the colorless formula, so I've purchased this product four times now. It feels like one of my best purchases after the Mint Rose! 
I was worried that it might sting on damaged skin due to the eucalyptus ingredient, as mentioned on the website, but I didn't experience any of that and used it with ease.

I've used this in all sorts of ways, like gently massaging it into my nails and cuticles, applying it to insect bites, and even on my dry hair ends. Since it's a multipurpose balm, the possibilities are endless! 
And once you've used it all up, you can clean the tin case and use it as a small storage container for accessories.

Since it's a pot-type, dust tends to stick to it easily. It's probably best to use it at home with a spatula. (For going out, the tube type would be better!) I personally like menthol, so I bought this, but those who don't like the cooling sensation should avoid it. I came to leave a review and was really surprised when I checked the ingredients... Hmm, at this price point, it might be better to use something else. I didn't have any issues, but sensitive users should definitely do a patch test first. I had to take off one star because of the ingredients.

The product had great spreadability and moisturizing power. If you apply it generously to your lips before bed and wash it off the next morning, the dead skin will gently peel off without any irritation. Even if you apply it and do the rest of your makeup right after washing, the larger dead skin pieces will still come off quickly, minimizing the appearance of flaky skin. Since it's a multipurpose balm, you can use it in various ways in different areas. The tin case is also so pretty that it looks great in a clear pouch.

The downside is that it's no longer available in offline stores.
And it's a bit pricey..?

It feels great when my lips become smooth.
It absorbs quickly, and when I apply it and look at it the next day, my lips feel plump and supple!
It's a shame that Mint Rose is no longer available at Olive Young, I wish they would bring it back.

It's decent. It moisturizes well and is easy to apply.
It's also good for applying to other areas with dry skin or stretch marks.

The packaging is really disappointing.
I still have some Uriage left, so I'm not carrying it around,
but I'm worried about what I'll do when I run out. The stick form would be difficult, I think.

My lips are sensitive, so when I'm tired, lip color sticks often cause blisters. I've used Uriage for a long time, but I found a gentler product to try.
Since there are hardly any harmful ingredients, my lips feel more comfortable the more I use it. I don't like irritating products, but the soothing sensation soon becomes familiar.
There's no dryness that feels like it's sucking the moisture from my lips, and no thickening of the lip surface when I reapply. 
I'll definitely buy a larger quantity next time!

It's great to apply a generous amount at night and then exfoliate the lip flakes in the morning! Or, you can apply it to dry areas, and it will be replenished over time.

My lips tend to dry out quickly, so I've tried various products, and this one has good staying power and keeps my lips consistently moisturized. I mainly use it on my lips, but occasionally apply it to my cuticles as well. This past summer, when I was getting bitten by a lot of mosquitoes, I didn't have anything else to use, so I tried it on the affected areas, and it seemed to help soothe the itchiness (though it didn't reduce the swelling). I've been using this product for several years now and am very satisfied with it.
