This seems really great for extremely dry skin! The price is reasonable too. I was already using their body emulsion, so I trusted the brand and made the purchase. It has a nice powder scent as well. There's not much to complain about. It seems perfect for everyday use. It's great value for money even if you use it generously. Knowing that it's safe for babies makes me feel confident about using it. Apply it all over your body after showering while your skin is still damp to maintain hydration. - bz***Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 17, 2025
I initially bought this body oil because I had used the same brand's body emulsion before and the price was reasonable. I'm so pleased with it! I've been using it consistently for over a year now. I usually dislike sticky feelings, so I often avoided body emulsions, but I've been able to use this body oil regularly. Unlike emulsions, it doesn't leave that dusty feeling after application, and when applied in the right amount, it absorbs well, which I love. There's also a subtle, fresh peach-like scent that makes it even better! The photos show before and after use, in that order. While there's nothing better than body oil for dry skin in winter, it can be a bit heavy to use in summer when you sweat a lot! It's best to apply it right after showering, after patting your skin partially dry! - ch*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 8, 2025
Despite being an oil, it's surprisingly lightweight. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. Being an oil, it's inevitable that it doesn't absorb completely and leaves some residue on the skin. - wj**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 3, 2025
I've used multiple bottles of this product, and despite being an oil-based formula, it's wonderfully hydrating without feeling sticky. I usually avoid fragranced products due to potential irritation, but the scent of this one is so appealing. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. In fact, it's the best oil product I've used so far. It's great to apply after showering, but I also love using it on dry areas throughout the day for extra moisture. - ky*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 24, 2025
I developed seborrheic dermatitis on my body, causing eczema patches here and there. Just applying a thick layer of body emulsion wasn't enough to help. I'm super careful with what I put on my skin because my back acne flares up at the slightest touch of any treatment, so I'm always extra cautious when applying emulsions. That's why I decided to try the Dermave Body Emulsion, thinking I'd just write it off as a loss if it didn't work. The verdict? ⭐️No breakouts!⭐️ Pro tip: keep it in the bathroom and apply it when your skin is slightly damp for the best, thin application. If you apply it to completely dry skin, it feels thick and you'll end up using too much, which can lead to breakouts. My secret weapon? I first apply a thin layer of body oil, then follow up with the Dermave Body Emulsion. This combo helps soothe my eczema and keeps my skin hydrated through the dry nights. However, it doesn't feel exceptionally moisturizing - it's more like a light oil. Focus on using it as a pre-emulsion step to lock in moisture. Also, be warned: you'll go through it quickly when using it all over your body! - ks*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMar 21, 2025
I bought this for my itchy and dry skin during winter. I love how it feels light and refreshing without being overwhelming. While the refreshing feel is nice, it doesn't last as long as I'd like. I sometimes mix it with other creams or oils, which can be a bit of a hassle. - yo********Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 18, 2025
✓ Authentic review from someone with extremely dry, atopic, sensitive skin Aroma: It has a baby powder scent that's quite strong! The fragrance lasts long after application. It's not the herbal scent you'd get at a massage parlor. The intensity might be polarizing for some. Texture: It's on the heavier side for oils. While it applies smoothly, it has a rich consistency - think along the lines of Manyo Factory's cleansing oil. Hydration: As you'd expect from its rich texture, it provides excellent moisture! The hydrating effects are long-lasting too. Even with my atopic skin, I didn't experience any blemishes - it worked great. The hydration is so good that it can be used alone in winter. Recommended for: I'd suggest this for extremely dry skin types like mine, even for body use! In winter, it could suit most skin types. However, I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin as it might feel too heavy. How to use: Before bed, I generously apply the body oil, massaging it into my feet and neck. It leaves me feeling refreshed the next day. The Dermatory body oil is so cost-effective that you can apply it liberally without worry! Even with my atopic skin, I didn't experience any blemishes - it worked great! Applying it before bed and massaging it into your body feels amazing. Given the quantity, it's so cost-effective that you can apply it generously without feeling wasteful! - tj*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMar 5, 2025
My husband's skin gets extremely dry, with his calves and arms turning white in winter, and his back gets so itchy at night he can't stop scratching. While body emulsion worked okay until fall, this winter has been brutally cold. The emulsion seemed to dry out quickly, so I tried this oil instead. It seems to have much better staying power, and he appears to like it much more. While it's great for hydration, those without dry skin might find it a bit heavy. If using just oil feels too intense, try mixing it with body emulsion in an 8:2 ratio. - sm*******Normal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 9, 2025
This is a product I keep using. It has a lovely scent and absorbs well. The best part is that it doesn't feel slippery after application and quickly makes your skin feel moisturized! I'm using it as a body lotion and haven't experienced any blemishes. I mix it with body emulsion right after showering! - ls****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2025
I bought this to use with my emulsion since my skin gets really dry in winter. It's great! It doesn't seem to absorb quickly. If you have dry skin, make sure to apply it well and follow up with a body emulsion.
