Compared to other eyeliners, this one has gentler ingredients. The color payoff is great. It's an excellent product for tightlining. I bought it because it claimed not to smudge, but it smudges on me. Maybe it's because I have hidden double eyelids. Even after applying eyeshadow and powder before the liner, I end up with panda eyes after a few hours. Perhaps my eyes are too oily. The pencil sharpener attached to the back is troublesome - if you're not careful, it can break the liner, and the product gets stuck in it. You have to remove it with a cotton swab. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 14, 2018
At first, it goes on smoothly with intense color payoff. After a short while, it sets to a comfortable finish. It tends to clump a bit, so apply with a light hand when using it on the under-eye area. The black has a purple undertone, which would likely suit cool complexions well.
