The color is a bold hot pink, which can be a bit intimidating, but when applied properly, it looks really nice and gives a vibrant look. The scent is lovely too. The lip gloss isn't overly oily, instead it has a plump, glass-like finish. It comes in a dual-ended format with lip gloss on one side and lipstick on the other. I tried to use both sides equally, but somehow the amount doesn't seem balanced. There's still plenty of lipstick left, but... oh no, my precious glass-like gloss is almost gone! It's pretty and long-lasting, but to be honest, it's quite expensive. The color payoff is fantastic! I was worried it might be too intense since I didn't choose it in person, but it's a perfect spring-friendly, vibrant pink. Plus, it has a lovely herbal scent that's so refreshing and uplifting! The balm has a slightly flour-like texture (how do you describe this?) that clumps together. If you have dead skin cells on your lips, it really accentuates them like crazy. Make sure to exfoliate your lips before applying! This product is great for creating that 'petal-stained' look! For best results, gently dab the balm on the inner part of your lips, then layer a gloss over it. Blend well by pressing your lips together, and you'll achieve a truly beautiful effect.
