Pros
It's not too thick and is slim, so it's easy to carry around and fits perfectly on my lips. It has quite good moisturizing power, but not too much, so it's nice to apply a little moisture before putting on lipstick, and it's also fine to apply before bed. It applies smoothly without slipping and isn't sticky at all - I think I've used about four tubes of it since I was a student.
Cons
I'm generally boycotting Japanese products right now because there's been so much controversy, so I no longer buy or use this product.. But I still haven't found a lip balm stick with performance as good as this one, so I'm still searching.

Pros
My lips have been cracked and bitten all year long, and I even see blood sometimes. This product, when applied generously before bed and left on overnight, visibly reduces flaky skin the next day. It has no fragrance and isn't overly sticky, so it works well even when applied over tinted lip products.
Cons
There was a boycott against Product D at one point. I tried all sorts of products from pharmacies and drugstores, hoping to switch, but nothing quite matched this one. In the end, I had to go back and purchase it again, even though the overseas shipping made the cost much higher. Thankfully, there are now more sellers, so the price has come down. And since it applies so smoothly, a little seems to go a long way.
Tip
Before bed, I apply this generously, going beyond just the lip line. When I wake up and wash my face, I gently massage my lips with warm water and my fingers to remove any dead skin. I also use a thin layer all over before applying makeup, and it helps my lip tint adhere without any stickiness.

At first, my sister bought it for me in Japan, and I really liked how it applied like a non-sticky lip oil, smoothly and comfortably. To describe it, it's like very well-melted Vaseline. It matches my lip type perfectly and is great for just casually applying. The moisturizing power is also good. The portability is good too! That's why I asked my friend to do a bulk purchase when they went to Japan. I don't really like going to Japan myself.

There's also little stickiness, so the usage experience is great. The case is also a premium design, not just a regular lip balm.

The price-to-volume ratio is... It's not something I can buy every time... I'd recommend it only when your lips are in serious condition in the middle of winter! The case might be the reason for the price increase....

My lips often crack, so I tend to use a lot of lip balm. I received this as a birthday gift, and it was great to use - it's not sticky and is nicely moisturizing. I don't need to apply it as often as other products, which is nice.

The stubborn dead skin that didn't go away even after using an exfoliator and applying Vaseline disappeared in half a day - it's a miracle! ㅠㅠ It's not too sticky or shiny, which I really like.

If you smell it very closely, there's a slight oily scent... But it doesn't cause any issues when using it.
