The formula is a transparent water-based one, but when applied, it feels surprisingly moisturizing and bouncy. While it may divide opinions due to its texture, it worked well for me. It's also great for using as a pack with cotton pads - whenever my skin needs calming, I do a pack and the redness goes away and the bumps subside.

There's nothing particularly bad about it, but the price is a bit of a gray area - it's on the higher end for a toner, but relatively affordable compared to a first essence. It would be great if they had a large-sized package sale like SK-II once or twice a year.
