Pros

This is the concealer I bought last year. After using it for almost a year, I don't really know any good points about it.

Cons

I only used it a few times, but it broke quickly, so I had to melt it with a lighter and stick it back together. The coverage is medium. It doesn't completely cover blemishes. It looks thick and emphasizes wrinkles, making it feel heavy. There's also darkening. I don't really plan to buy it again when I run out. (The Hwahae Trial Reviewer concealer is really good, you should get that one.)

Pros

I bought a concealer because I had too many pimples and my self-esteem was low. The price of 4,000 won is affordable for students. It also has good lasting power and doesn't rub off even if you place your hand over the concealed area. I wore it on a rainy day and it didn't smear, so it's water-resistant and the amount seems just right.

Cons

The main purpose of using a concealer is to cover up blemishes, but it only covers minor troubles well. For reddish blemishes like pimples, the coverage turns purplish and doesn't work well. It also doesn't cover protruding blemishes. If you apply the concealer on a blemish, it accumulates around the blemish rather than on it. The main downside is that it cakes up, and it dries out so it peels off when applied with the fingers. Due to the dryness, it also doesn't blend well with a puff. It's also very sensitive to oil, and it transfers onto clothes when changing, like gym clothes. The color also turns yellowish.

Tip

Wearing just this concealer alone makes it very noticeable, so if you apply it first and then use a cushion on top, it looks more natural. And since it's drying, make sure to have a well-moisturized and firm base!

Pros

I bought Holika Holika because the ingredients seemed good. It was cheap, so I bought it right away. It was a bit darker than I expected, but I like it and it applied well on my face! The coverage is about medium, but it doesn't really cover blemishes well - the pink blemishes are still visible.

Cons

It's a bit soft. When I tried to see how much product there was, the contents suddenly fell out, which was really surprising... And the coverage, as I mentioned, is just so-so. For those of you looking to cover blemishes, I don't recommend this. It applies a bit thickly and is matte. I like the matte finish, but those with dry skin should avoid it.

Tip

I apply concealer and then dab it with a damp sponge. You can also spread it with your fingers, but it can get a bit thick that way.

I'm on my 5th one~ It covers well. I apply the BB cream thinly and dab it only on trouble spots or scars, and I like that it has good coverage and matches my skin tone well, covering seamlessly without any visible edges! In the summer, finishing with a no-sebum or powder brush makes it last longer~

Cons

It breaks easily ㅠㅠ It seems too matte, so it might not suit dry skin

Apply it a little more broadly than the scar area and pat the edges with a puff for a more natural look~

I initially bought it because I was tempted by the low price and amount, haha. It says it's 5 grams, but when I went to the store, it was actually 3.5 grams (?) I'm not sure which is the accurate one. ㅠ But it does the job of a concealer! Since it's a stick, you can just swipe it on and it's super convenient.

Cons

I initially used shade 2, but it seemed a bit too reddish... My acne didn't get any worse, but my skin condition was just so-so... It felt a bit dry, but since I have oily skin, it wasn't a big deal. It's a tad heavy..

Tip

This concealer is a bit difficult to use on its own. If you use it as a supplementary product along with foundation, you can get good value for the price.
