Back then, I was told conditioner wasn't good for the scalp, so I stopped using it for years. I used scalp-friendly shampoos, but my hair became coarse and unmanageable. I only used treatments on my hair ends, but then I discovered this product by chance when staying at a friend's. Surprisingly, it improved my hair texture even more than famous treatments! Now, I always use a conditioner + oil routine. Hairstylists often compliment my hair, asking if I do special treatments. The Avaeno conditioner is gentle with great ingredients, so it's the only one I use. I frequently visit the US, where it's much more affordable. Those who experience side effects from Avaeno products often seem to have grain allergies. If you have a grain allergy, you might experience an itchy scalp and other reactions. My husband once used this product after getting a perm and complained of an itchy back. I'm not an expert, but for those who often get back blemishes when using conditioners or treatments, try rinsing off the treatment completely before finishing your shower. This can help prevent back issues. Also, I never apply treatments or conditioners to my entire scalp. If you rinse too thoroughly, you'll need to shampoo again, and if you rinse too much, the conditioner's effects diminish. I always apply it just to the ends of my hair, which leaves it soft and shiny. It's a satisfying product. It doesn't necessarily improve hair texture, but it seems to cause less damage. When I brush my hair after using this, it's much easier to detangle. It makes my hair softer and smoother. The scent is also quite pleasant. When I use only this, my scalp gets unbearably itchy and my ears feel irritated. This usually happens with Aveeno products, but I must admit it does wonders for my hair texture.

I bought this without much expectation, but it's surprisingly amazing! Using just a small amount leaves my hair incredibly calm and soft. I've been using this after my regular shampoo, and the difference is noticeable. Before, when I used common drugstore shampoos and conditioners, I'd get a couple of blemishes near my hairline, and my hair would fall out easily. But with this, those issues are completely gone. Above all, my hair texture has improved so much that I highly recommend it! The ingredients aren't perfect, but I'm using it mainly for its effectiveness and because it doesn't cause any blemishes. The shampoo from this line is often sold out and hard to find. You might need to use a different shampoo and just use this as a conditioner.
