When your skin is suddenly about to flip over or is sensitive and itchy, applying it for a few consecutive days can improve your skin. This cream was very helpful in soothing my skin when it was irritated and inflamed. I would generously apply it and after waking up, my sensitive and inflamed skin would be calmed down. I used this cream for quite a long time.
Cons
The packaging of this cosmetic product is difficult to use up completely. I always had to cut open the container to get the last bit of the product.

*Revised - January 22, 2021 I would like to add that while it suits the winter season well, it is too heavy for the summer. =================== There is no irritation, dryness, or anything like that. It becomes moisturized the moment it touches the skin! Coconut oil (caprylic/capric triglyceride), stearic acid - my skin doesn't agree with these. I had a bad reaction when I used a steroid cream. (Both soothing and intensive) The case is designed to prevent air from getting in, which I'm satisfied with.

At first, I didn't feel much effect until I used about half the bottle, but as I finished the whole thing, the reddish marks on my cheeks faded a bit and the breakouts that were slowly appearing due to wearing masks also started to calm down without leaving any scars! I was worried that my suddenly reversed skin condition would be burdensome to try and recover, but the Avène cream was able to soothe it almost completely!

I know the opening is meant to block air from getting in, but sometimes when I spray it, it just bursts out too strongly and keeps splattering on the mirror...
