  Pros

  Before discovering Real Barrier, this was my go-to product for reviving the desert-like state of my face! 1. Absorption: When you first apply it, it feels like a slightly dense cream, but as you spread it, it melts into the skin effortlessly. This makes it incredibly hydrating. 2. Effectiveness: In winter, after coming in from the cold wind, I'd apply a thin layer and let it absorb, then layer it on two or three more times generously. This makes my skin super hydrated. The downside is that I need to apply it this way to achieve the level of hydration I'm satisfied with. However, there are some drawbacks to applying it like this...

  Cons

  The biggest disappointment! If you apply too much in pursuit of hydration, it pills like crazy. You really need to apply just the right amount for your skin to absorb. Another downside is the price... haha! While I did use it well, I feel like the price is too high compared to its functionality and volume. If it performed as well as the price suggests, I'd keep using it, but it's not quite that satisfying.
