Applies smoothly around the eyes without irritation. It's highly concentrated, so just a little bit provides deep hydration. Being highly concentrated, I used too much the first time and ended up with milia. I struggled to remove them. Take a tiny amount, warm it up on the back of your hand, and gently apply it to your neck wrinkles.
