I've been using this for about a year, going through 3 bottles. As part of my SK-II routine, this product showed immediate results in terms of skin elasticity. Hitting your 40s, the biggest concern becomes the inevitable sagging of facial contours. The price tag of around $400 was daunting, so I stopped using it, but the difference was noticeable right away, prompting me to repurchase. The texture and scent are lovely. Looking back at what I wrote, I realize I'm talking about a different product. The one I used wasn't the LXP eye cream, but the LXP cream. I considered deleting this, but I'm leaving it in case it's helpful. The price, definitely. While there are various options for brightening and wrinkle improvement, there seem to be fewer alternatives when it comes to firming products. I turned to Hwahae to find a substitute and was surprised by the number of cautionary ingredients. When I first started using it, I experienced slight itching and tingling, which made me hesitant. Now I wonder if those sensations were due to these ingredients. The discomfort disappeared within a week of continued use, so I kept using it. Looking at firming-focused products on the Hwahae app, I noticed they all have one or two ingredients to be mindful of, making me wonder if these are unavoidable in firming creams. Moving forward, it seems wise to pay more attention to clean beauty options. Consistent use morning and night yields the best results. However, maintaining that consistency is more challenging than one might expect. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedFeb 19, 2019
Applies smoothly around the eyes without irritation. It's highly concentrated, so just a little bit provides deep hydration. Being highly concentrated, I used too much the first time and ended up with milia. I struggled to remove them. Take a tiny amount, warm it up on the back of your hand, and gently apply it to your neck wrinkles. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 6, 2018
I bought an expensive eye cream because my under-eye wrinkles were so severe in winter. The absorption was fantastic - it felt like it disappeared into my skin instantly. Perhaps because it's so lightweight, I couldn't feel any noticeable improvement. I think I even applied another eye cream on top of this one. If it were more affordable, I'd consider using it consistently, but given its high price and lack of significant results, I'm inclined to look for a different eye cream. - go******Dry SkinSensitive SkinNov 23, 2017
I'm using all the other SK-II products as well, and they do seem to be worth the higher price.~ The prices are really steep, aren't they? Since they're so expensive, I've been using this line of products very sparingly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 9, 2016
I also received it as a gift and started using it. It's really small, you know. At first I thought it was a sample, but when I realized it was the actual product, it's kind of cute. But after finding out the price here, I complained about it. Compared to how expensive it is, I don't think it's particularly good. At some point, the cream seemed to have dried up, and it was clumped together inside the case. When I tried to spread that out and apply it, it didn't absorb into my skin and just sat there. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 27, 2016
I'm not sure if there's been a major improvement. I've been using SK2 consistently based on recommendations, and I've tried a different product after using it for about two times. I'm not sure if there's been a major improvement in terms of value for money. I think I could use a slightly cheaper product. - sh*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 15, 2015
- Applies smoothly and has a nice fragrance - .....I don't have anything else to say - It's expensive and the ingredients are shocking. Seems to be the worst value for the price.. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 8, 2015
It has a smooth application. It seems to be soft and good for dark circles. At first, I thought the volume was small, but since it's an eye cream, I've been using it for a long time. The price is too expensive, so I'm not sure if it's as good as the price. Absorption is not perfect, and I sometimes feel like it just sits on the surface. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 29, 2014
I purchased this cream and used it as a sample. Pitera is more concentrated, and when I applied it to the back of my hand, the texture was so comparable to SK's representative cream that I decided to buy it. I can detect the fermented scent of Pitera, as well as a rose fragrance. It is quite dense, but those with oily skin should avoid it. At the time, I thought my skin was dry, but that does not seem to be the case. Ridiculously expensive. This was the most expensive cream I have ever purchased, around 400,000 won. It did not work for my skin type, and I ended up using it as a neck cream.
