It gives your skin a beautiful glow when applied. Your skin feels firm and supple. The fragrance is also lovely. It doesn't seem to agree with my skin as I get blemishes when I use it. It's a bit too rich for me. I applied it all over my face. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedSep 3, 2020
I consistently use Estée Lauder for its anti-aging prowess. The rich cream leaves my skin feeling firm and supple. Unfortunately, the fragrance isn't pleasant. Since it's the final step in my skincare routine, the scent lingers, which is disappointing. I had to deduct a star for that. - le*******Combination SkinJan 14, 2019
I really liked that despite its rich, moisturizing texture, it wasn't overly sticky. When applied before bed, it gives a pleasant feeling of being well-absorbed by morning! The packaging is delicate yet luxurious in color, which I find quite appealing. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the scent. Why do these products always have such heavy fragrances? While the performance seems decent, the scent makes it unusable for me. It's also a bit rich, so those with oily skin might need to be cautious. After finishing the whole jar, I now realize the ingredients are somewhat disappointing for a night cream, with colorants and fragrances among others. Since I don't have dry skin, I won't be repurchasing. - co*******Normal SkinNov 19, 2018
When I apply this before bed, I wake up to incredibly hydrated skin in the morning However, I had no idea there were so many questionable ingredients. Now I'm wondering if I need to search for another product that's equally rich and forms a moisture barrier, but with better formulation - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 30, 2017
Absolutely love it! I wasn't really into night creams before, but when I wake up, my skin looks unbelievably good. It's like magic! It feels as if my skin age has reversed. Now I understand why moms splurge on expensive cosmetics. This cream works hard to give that youthful complexion! There's nothing bad to say! Well, if I had to mention something, it would be the price - a bit harsh for a student like me. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAug 22, 2017
I loved how it was moisturizing without being too heavy. When I woke up, my skin felt smooth and hydrated. I applied it after the brown bottle before bed. The price is definitely the biggest drawback. I buy it through direct overseas purchases to reduce the cost, so I get both this and the brown bottle that way. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 10, 2017
It's wonderfully moisturizing and plumping, and I'm thrilled with how it improved my fine lines It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't contain adenosine or retinol, which are known for their anti-aging properties Apply it before bed and wake up to soft, hydrated skin in the morning - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinMar 19, 2017
Oh my! I received this as a birthday gift along with a bunch of Estée Lauder purchases. I've been using the samples for just under a month. There's absolutely no deep dryness, it's moisturizing and rich. It absorbs well too. If you have dry skin, this seems like a great product from your mid-30s, and for normal skin types, it's suitable from your 40s onwards. The fragrance isn't to my taste... It's moisturizing and rich, but it feels like I'm wearing sunscreen (you know that feeling from the white tube with black cap sunscreen/makeup base hybrid, or Shiseido Anessa? It's somehow similar...) I received it as a day cream, so I even checked if it had SPF! Thankfully, I didn't get any major blemishes, but my face felt uncomfortable. While my face was fine, I actually experienced some irritation on the back of my hands. When I applied just this, it felt itchy. Since it's quite rich, if you're in your 20s to early 30s with oily to normal skin, you might be better off using the red line instead. - ja*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 1, 2016
The way it absorbs seems pretty good, and it soaks in well. I also liked the scent. When I use only this and Estée Lauder Night Repair, I wake up with blemishes the next day. It doesn't seem to suit me, so I checked the ingredients on Hwahae. I'm not sure if it's because I have oily skin, but it just doesn't work for me. I definitely won't be repurchasing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinOct 31, 2016
I received a 15ml sample of this cream when I went to buy the brown bottle and foundation. It was just rolling around in my makeup pouch until I ran out of my usual cream and reluctantly tried it. After using it for a day or two, I fell in love and went back to the store to purchase it! I've tried both the day and night creams, but I'm not sure about the day cream. The night cream, however, is absolutely amazing! I have oily skin that's almost dry with severe deep dryness, and honestly, even though I'm dry, I usually find rich moisturizing creams uncomfortable to sleep in. I also hate when hair or dust from the blanket sticks to my face. But this cream? It makes my skin feel so soft! When I wake up in the morning, there's no greasiness, and my makeup applies beautifully the next day. At first, I thought it might be because I was using it with the brown bottle, but even when I got lazy and just used toner and this cream alone, it was still fantastic! It's gentle, hydrating, and makes my skin feel supple. Most importantly, it doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky or greasy. Highly recommended! Those with extremely dry skin might find it insufficient... It works great with an exfoliating toner! I alternate between MAC Softening Emulsion, CHA:LAB RX Rejuvenating Skin, and Skinfood First Serum. I skip essence and just use one of these toners followed by this cream before bed. It definitely seems to work better with exfoliating toners than regular ones. It gives my skin a clearer appearance.
