The cleansing power is really poor. I actually bought this cleansing milk because the cleansing balm and cleansing oil in this line are so famous, but I was disappointed.
I have to pump it 3 times to use it, and I have to repeat this process 5 times to remove my makeup thoroughly

I've heard a lot of people say that eye makeup doesn't come off well. I use Clinique mascara and it's fine.

To be honest, cleansing milks are not commonly found in most cosmetics these days - they either disappear or are no longer available. However, I find that oils tend to cause breakouts or clogged pores, and water-based cleansers can feel drying and irritating, so my dermatologist recommended that I use a cleansing milk instead. I've been using it for two bottles now without any issues.

It seems like it all gets wiped away, but for some reason, there's a slight slipperiness that remains. Of course, it washes off well with water cleansing, so it's fine.

It's not particularly exciting or exceptionally great - there's nothing like that. So if there are no other great alternatives, I might consider repurchasing it.

100% eye makeup does not come off. When washing the face, there is a lot of irritation, stinging, and redness in the eyes - it's extremely painful. Exchange and refund are not possible, and my eyes have become blurred.

There are not many advantages. It is not too dry. I do not recommend it.

Normally, I remove it with oil and then create a lather with a cleansing foam or handmade soap and brush to cleanse, but with this product, even after a secondary cleansing, a bit of it comes off when I wipe with a toner.
