Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinOct 1, 2018I bought this overseas for less than half the Korean retail price. It's convenient and clean to use with its pump dispenser. The texture is a flowing emulsion. The scent is similar to oil, not particularly fragrant but not unpleasant either. My skin doesn't feel dry after cleansing. The cleansing effectiveness is really poor. I was disappointed after buying this, thinking it would be good since the cleansing balm and oil from this line are so popular. I have to pump it 3 times for each use and repeat the process 5 times to remove makeup completely. It runs out quickly, and I end up using lots of cotton pads, which irritate my skin and cause blemishes. It's terrible! I've already used 1/3 of the bottle in less than 3 weeks. You have to keep wiping and wiping. Although it's recommended for double cleansing, with this product you end up cleansing 6 times! I've been using this for 8 years straight! Even though my skin is super sensitive, I've never had any blemishes from it~ I've noticed many people saying it doesn't remove eye makeup well. However, it works fine for me with my Clinique mascara. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 25, 2017
As someone with super sensitive skin that can easily react to the wrong products, I've found this one to be a safe and reliable choice. It seems particularly suitable for those with oily skin or blemish-prone complexions. The price point is on the higher side, and it can be frustrating to get your hands on when it's out of stock. Give it a try for yourself!

For me, cleansing oils tend to cause small bumps or blemishes, while cleansing waters can feel harsh on my skin. That's why my dermatologist recommended using a cleansing milk. I've been using this product for two bottles now without any issues! It's pretty average - doesn't cause any irritation, but doesn't stand out as amazing either. I might repurchase if I can't find a better alternative. It seems to remove everything, but for some reason, there's a slight slippery feeling left behind. Not many advantages, but it doesn't dry out the skin. Still, I can't recommend it. It doesn't remove eye makeup at all. When washing your face, it severely irritates the eyes, causing stinging and redness. The discomfort is unbearable. No exchanges or refunds allowed. It's so bad it could make you go blind! 
Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 3, 2015Being a milk-type cleanser, it leaves relatively less dryness after washing - Doesn't remove point makeup effectively. Even if I use another oil to remove point makeup and use this product for face makeup, it still doesn't cleanse well... :( - I thought if I kept it on my eyes longer it would work, but... My eyes became extremely irritated!! Yet it still didn't remove makeup well. It's disappointing that it doesn't cleanse effectively and hurts my eyes... I won't be repurchasing you! Use this on days when you've only applied sunscreen :) Usually, I remove makeup with oil, then use a cleansing foam or handmade soap with a brush... but with this product, even after double cleansing, some residue still comes off on the toner pad..

Originally, the milk version was introduced for dry skin, but I bought it because the oil version was out of stock. It works great even for my oily skin. I absolutely recommend it. I'll probably finish it next month and I'm 200% likely to repurchase. The volume is more than enough for me. However, it's a bit pricey for a cleansing product... That's the only downside. As soon as I get home, I remove my makeup before washing my hands. I apply it on a cotton pad and spread it over my face.
