This is my holy grail product! I've gone through so many tubes of this. While it's pricey for a lip balm, it's absolutely worth it. I apply it generously before bed, and just a light touch in the morning keeps my lips moisturized all day long. Unlike other lip balms that only feel hydrating when first applied and leave your lips dry and flaky once they wear off, this one keeps your lips soft and supple throughout the day. The price is a bit wicked... That's really the only downside. I bought this at a great duty-free price and have been using it well. The hydration is quite good. Among regular lip balms, I'd say it ranks pretty high. I haven't noticed any positive effects yet... Although I haven't been using it for long, it's not as effective as the positive reviews suggest. Quite moisturizing and gentle enough to apply even on chapped, sore lips. More convenient than tinted lip balms. Perfect as a portable solution for those whose lips are so dry in winter they're cracking and bleeding. The price is wicked. While it's good for sore lips, it tends to smudge too easily. The expensive product gets used up quickly, that's for sure. If you want to use it morning and night for anti-aging as the instructions suggest, the amount is disappointingly small. It's so moisturizing! I've used it all winter without feeling the need for any other lip balm. I always use it as a lip base before applying lipstick to prevent a matte look. The formula is too soft... It wears off quickly. Couldn't they make the color brighter like E** Lauder products? The dull shade makes it look like grandma's lipstick... Great as a lip base! The case is pretty. Personally, I'm not a fan of plastic cases, but this one is simple and attractive. The functionality is terrible! I bought it duty-free after carefully checking the ingredients online, but it was a total disaster. It's so bad that I ended up giving it to my sister. Even though it was free, she thought it was awful too! It's greasy and sits on top of the skin, but not in a moisturizing way. It's just indescribably disappointing. Honestly, everything from Clinique except the yellow emulsion has been a letdown for me.

Although it's pricey for a lip balm, it doesn't leave any gaps on the lips. It's flavorless and fragrance-free. I personally prefer this, but many people buy lip balms for their scent. Apply it, wait a bit, then follow with lipstick.
