Effectiveness: - It doesn't smudge easily, and after application, it creates a transparent, plump layer that lasts for a long time. - It enhances the base color, making it more vibrant. It seems to give a sparkly and smooth finish. This product was ranked as the least smudgy and most affordable in a top coat comparison content on Picky Cast. That's probably why I found it so easy and convenient to use! Volume: - To prevent smudging, I use a specific method (I'll share the tip later), which means I end up using a bit more product each time. However, the overall volume of the product doesn't seem that generous. I found myself running out of it quite quickly. Smudging: - If you apply the brush too close to your nail, there's a high chance of smudging. Here's a pro tip: Tilt the brush and load it with plenty of product, then apply it to your nail in one smooth stroke, as if you're creating a thick protective layer. This really helps prevent smudging! With practice, you'll get the hang of it in no time! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 2, 2019
This gel top coat's standout feature is its ability to be used without curing, which is quite innovative! As someone who prioritizes longevity, I must applaud how well it held up on my cookie-like nails without a curing machine. 1. Application: It tends to go on a bit thick and heavy, so you need to control the amount carefully. If applied thinly, it doesn't leave brush marks and even becomes lighter as it dries! The application is generally decent, but if you're used to very thin regular nail polishes, you might find this one surprisingly weighty! 2. Durability: This is the product's greatest strength. I was skeptical at first about a gel nail polish that doesn't require curing, thinking it couldn't possibly match real gel nails... but the durability is genuinely impressive! While it may not last as long as salon-cured gel nails, it's a game-changer for me. My nails are extremely thin, and with other brands, half the polish chips off after just one hair wash, leaving my nails in tatters. But this one easily lasts a week without issues, and only starts to peel slightly after that. Unlike regular clear polish that peels off in one go, this remains quite sturdy and only chips off in small pieces. 1. The application worsens as it thickens over time... I heard many reports about it drying quickly, so I kept the bottle tightly closed and used it as fast as possible. Despite this, it still clumps and gets thicker... Though this is common with most nail polishes, so you might be able to overlook it. The smell... is quite strong, but aren't all nail polishes pretty pungent? If you apply this top coat over those trendy Ha*ha* nail stickers that are all the rage these days, the durability extends to over two weeks. It significantly improves the longevity! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 27, 2019
This is amazing! It's thick like gel when applied, which is great for damaged nails. It gives a beautiful shine, and the best part? It's incredibly affordable. I use it frequently for pedicures. The value for money is absolutely fantastic. It applies with a nice, thick consistency. There's nothing to complain about. It's cheap, high-quality, and applies thickly and smoothly. The color is vibrant too. If you let it dry a bit longer before applying, it won't pill and will go on smoothly in one coat. Make sure to apply a generous amount for the best results. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 12, 2019
To be honest, I'm not really that into nails, so I can't say if it's good or not. I just bought it because it looked like a clear nail polish, haha! I can't really think of any pros or cons to mention... - tp**Dry SkinSensitive SkinApr 12, 2019
Dries quickly and easy to apply. I'm eager to jot down the cons, haha! It seems to dry fast, but it smudges easily if you bump into anything. It takes several hours before it stops transferring. Also, why does it set so quickly? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 18, 2019
I used to use this a lot. I think it offers great value for money. It's also easily accessible and they occasionally have sales (though I'm not sure about recently). Since switching to gel nails, I hardly even look at regular nail polish anymore. The staying power just can't compare to gel. But I don't really consider that a downside. - su******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 5, 2018
This is my go-to product! It's a game-changer. As someone who frequently does DIY manicures, I've tried various top coats. When it comes to achieving that professional gel-like finish with a high-shine, ultra-hard surface, nothing beats this. The brush is nice and thick, so you only need a couple of quick swipes for a flawless application! There are no downsides. Please don't discontinue this product! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 1, 2018
It applies smoothly, giving your nails a beautiful shine even with a quick application. The brush is exceptionally good. If you don't close it tightly, it hardens in less than a month. It becomes too thick and gloopy. Make sure to seal it properly after each use! - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedNov 7, 2018
It stays on without smudging and has great longevity. Plus, it doesn't have a strong scent! I can't think of any downsides! It's perfect as a finishing touch. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 27, 2018
Even if your nail polish is slightly clumped, applying this top coat spreads it out evenly, which is great! The strong smell is a bit overwhelming, and it's quite difficult to remove
