 Except for winter, it should only be applied at night. I'm the same way.. The cream is thick and the spreadability is not great, so even if I just apply sunscreen on top, it still feels a bit heavy. It has a texture like an ointment. In the beginning, it was just straight-up ointment. The packaging is that metal..? I don't know how to describe it, but it's like the metal used for ointments or L'Occitane hand creams, which made it seem heavier.
However, a few years ago, they reformulated it and it became much creamier. Now it's usable even in the winter.. but the spreadability is still not great. If you apply a lot, it doesn't absorb well and leaves your face looking pale.

The price is outrageous. Even if you buy it directly from overseas for the cheapest price, it's still around 50,000 won for the 50ml size.. This has been the case even when the Korean Sulwhasoo brand had stores in department stores. You have to use coupons and loyalty points to buy it at the duty-free shops...The 80ml size is around 80,000 won.

It's in a tube format and opaque, so it's hard to tell how much you've used. No matter how much you squeeze, it feels like there's always more inside when you cut it open.. I scooped out a generous amount of this product and mixed it with tea tree oil and rosehip oil, then massaged it into my U-zone. This really helped improve my U-zone acne.
