This product was a lifesaver for me when I was struggling with acne and oiliness in my late teens. Although I can no longer use it as frequently as I did back then, since my skin type has completely changed, I still find it helpful to use when my skin feels congested or in need of some refinement.

I bought it after visiting a department store and purchasing it once, and I really liked it! Since it contains a lot of alcohol ingredients, the moment you apply it, your face feels refreshed, which I really liked! ^@^ And it's like your face is being disinfected, it feels really good! I only use a moisturizing cream in the morning and use this toner in the evening, and at first, my acne subsided, and as time went by, it hardly appeared anywhere except around the magical date.@

Since this is for oily skin, it's really drying! I have combination skin, so sometimes it's not dry, but sometimes it is...! But if I only apply this toner and then put something on top, it gets cakey... They say it's because this toner exfoliates, but if I use it with Kiehl's lotion, it doesn't do that! Pros
I'm not sure if I have sensitive skin or just a lot of acne-prone skin, but my skin isn't oily, yet I've had quite a few breakouts. So there was a period where I was switching around different skincare products, wondering if I was using something wrong. But Kiehl's told me to first apply this with a cotton pad, and then follow up with another toner. It's almost like using it as a treatment, in a way. But surprisingly, when I use this, my skin texture feels the smoothest, and it seems to really work well for me. I've had times where I stopped using it, but nothing quite compares to how my skin feels when I'm using it.
Cons
I'm using this together with the Kiehl's oil-free toner. After applying these two toners, when I try to put on a moisturizer, everything just kind of peels off... I'm not sure if it's because of this product or the oil-free toner, but it's really inconvenient having to wait until my skin is completely dry before applying anything else. Even when I think my skin is dry, there are still times when things just slide off.
Tip
This isn't something you should be soaking the cotton pad in and really layering on thick. It's better to just get a sample of the Kiehl's toner when you buy a full-size one. That's what I always do. So I apply this as the first toner, and then use a different toner as the second step. For the second toner, I use an oil-free one, which does leave my skin feeling refreshed, but the scent isn't that great. Still, it doesn't cause any breakouts, so I'm satisfied with it.

I've tried many different products for my adult acne, but Kiehl's seems to work the best for me. It's so refreshing and really tightens my skin in the summer - I love it!
Cons
Other creams don't seem to agree with me, especially moisturizers. They just pile up on my skin, so I never use moisturizer together with this product.
