When applied, it feels refreshing and my skin feels smoothed out, and there is much less oiliness. My clogged pores and acne have also decreased.
Cons
My skin felt a bit sticky. And if I don't apply it with a cotton pad, it doesn't absorb well.

When I was struggling with acne in my early 20s, I used this toner with alcohol in it, thinking it was a good product for oily skin. As a beginner with skincare, I just bought the famous one, which was Kiehl's. It did a great job of controlling the oil.
Cons
Turns out, I didn't have oily, acne-prone skin, but was just experiencing short-term stress-related breakouts (from studying at the time). No wonder it stung and felt uncomfortable on the acne areas, but being young, I thought the alcohol was just part of the process to see results. In the end, I basically poured fuel on the fire, and my skin got really bad, even bleeding. I feel bad for my skin's ignorance back then.

The Tizeon was quite oily, but I've been using it consistently and it definitely has a refreshing feel. These days, if I feel like it's getting a bit oily in the afternoon, I just lightly wipe the Tizeon off with water and apply a few drops of this product, and the oiliness is completely gone, leaving me feeling refreshed.
Cons
Those with dry skin might find this product quite drying to use. I apply it all over my face, but I find my cheeks get quite dry, so I have to apply a separate moisturizer there.
