I had been waiting for a sale after hearing rumors about this 'celebrity tint' and finally bought it last year. While the celebrity claims turned out to be just hype, I still ended up liking it. The texture is similar to a lip gloss, but once applied, it feels like it's coating your lips. Perhaps that's why the color payoff is so intense and long-lasting. Even after eating (though the glossy finish fades), the color stayed put for quite a while. Despite its gloss-like texture, it oddly made my lips feel dry underneath, as if they were parched while the surface remained moist. It's a strange sensation of moisture on top but dryness beneath. Also, the Rose Red shade is already deep, and the color payoff is intense, so you need to be careful with the amount you apply. It would be perfect for those who prefer bold, vibrant lip colors! Since I find the intense color a bit overwhelming, I've found that using the less saturated part of the applicator and spreading it thinly helps control the amount and seems to reduce the drying effect. I usually pair my lip products with lip care, but the Aqua Tinted Rouge creates this 'coating glow' effect. I've noticed that if I apply a thin layer of lip balm first, then use this product, the glossy finish lasts even longer! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2020
The product color is true to its name - a red with a pink undertone. It's a pure and pretty shade. While the product itself feels hydrating initially, it tends to become a bit drying as time passes after application. - th*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2020
This is a truly beautiful red color with a subtle pink undertone. There's no blue tint at all! The shine is also gorgeous. The staying power wasn't very long-lasting, and the shine didn't maintain well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 22, 2020
The color is beautiful. True to its name, it's a lovely rose-pink shade. It's disappointing that the opening gets so messy. Also, it doesn't seem to give much of a glow. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRednessRecommendedSep 22, 2019
The color payoff was even prettier than the photos posted by Beyond itself, and it created a natural gradient effect. I also loved that it didn't feel heavy or suffocating on the lips. It was a bit disappointing that it seemed to wear off easily. It felt like it would completely disappear after eating or drinking. I use this as a base and blend it with a water-based red tint on the inner part of my lips for a gradient effect, which I think looks beautiful. Since I have small lips, I personally didn't like the full lip look. - ma***********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 29, 2019
I received this product as a gift and I've been using it! The color swatch photos have been slightly adjusted with a filter to match the actual color. But it's still a bit more plum-like? Or purplish? 1. Color payoff Oh my... it's just so beautiful. When applied lightly, it gives a really pure and innocent look. If you want to make a statement, applying it as a full lip color is truly stunning. 2. Shade This kind of tint shade seems quite unique. I once lost this and when I found it again, I realized I had actually cried when I thought it was gone for good. You really have to try it to understand, but it's a red that's like a clear cool-toned red, with hints of plum pink and a touch of magenta. It's that perfect 'pop' color on the skin. It's a truly beautiful rose color and the prettiest shade in this series. (There are some downsides, which I'll explain below) 3. Hydration Many hydrating tints tend to feel moisturizing at first but then become greasy and dry over time. This product, however, maintains its hydration for a long time. There were times when I forgot my lip balm or gloss, and this product worked just fine as a substitute! 1. Color While I mentioned the pros of the color above, the con is... well, if you have warm undertones, applying it too heavily or incorrectly might make it look a bit off. Once when I had a really bad tan, I applied this and ended up looking like a ghost. This is something you'll have to judge for yourself. The series itself doesn't have any of those dried rose or MLBB colors that students often prefer, so this product is the prettiest color among them. 2. Longevity As hydrating as it is, the staying power isn't great. It tends to transfer a lot when eating. There's almost no staining effect, which could be a pro or con depending on your preference. It's perfect for a fresh-faced, pure makeup look or a juicy makeup style. It gives that 'I'm a cherry!' vibe. It goes well with silver-framed glasses (oddly specific, I know). Overall, it's great for days when you want to give off a clean image. - er********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 26, 2019
The color is absolutely gorgeous! It's so natural and definitely my favorite. The scent is really, really not great at all. - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 18, 2018
The color is so pretty that I keep using it despite its drawbacks The staying power is really disappointing... While the longevity isn't great, the beautiful shade makes it worth using - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 1, 2018
The packaging is really pretty. My friends all found it suitable and use it regularly. I have sensitive skin, and when I use lip products that don't agree with me, I get blisters and severe chapping on my lips. Unfortunately, this product caused that reaction. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedSep 20, 2018
The best thing about it is how well it stains the lips After eating, it leaves an odd trace on the lips. It's not exactly messy, but it's... something? I love how it settles into the lips a little while after application
