It provides good coverage and absorbs well, so I've been using it. The only slight drawback is its staying power, but it doesn't cake when reapplied. I've been using it for 5 years now. The staying power is a bit weak. Other than that, I didn't experience any particular issues while using it. - mj******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2019
It absorbs lightly without looking cakey. Even with multiple layers, it applies smoothly without clumping. Brightening effect - ★★★★ Rather than sitting on top of the skin, it sinks in while naturally evening out the skin tone. Hydration - ★★★★ The face stays moisturized over time, and it provides better hydration compared to other brands. Coverage... While it's not designed for full coverage, it's still a bit on the lighter side. - ne**Dry SkinJan 12, 2019
It's rich and moisturizing! After applying, your skin becomes dewy and radiant. I think this cushion is great for those with dry skin! As it's a CC cushion, it applies naturally and thinly. Due to its thin application, the coverage is light. While it's moisturizing, there's some pilling. It doesn't adhere well to the skin, so there's some transfer. The color isn't particularly brightening either. - Hwahae UserOily SkinDec 10, 2018
First off, the compact's cover has mirrors on both sides, so you don't need to open it just to check your reflection. I have a skin tone that's darker than 21 but lighter than 23, and this foundation applied beautifully, giving me a radiant yet natural look. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I often experience pilling with other products, but this one does it less. The puff is quite unique, which makes it tricky to control the amount of product you're applying as it doesn't leave clear marks. There's also some darkening of the foundation over time. It's not a matte formula, so as someone with oily skin, I noticed my skin getting shiny. But I think the biggest drawback might be the price. I received this as a gift, but I probably wouldn't spend $50 on it myself. Since it's prone to getting oily, make sure to keep your powder handy! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 24, 2018
It made my skin look brighter and felt moisturizing, so I could use it for touch-ups. My skin is a bit sensitive and prone to blemishes. After applying this, my face started tingling in the evening and turned red. The coverage wasn't good either. So now I only use a small amount for touch-ups when my makeup starts to fade. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 25, 2018
My skin is sensitive and reacts to seasonal changes, menstrual cycles, and stress. I can't use just any cosmetics, and if I use a product that doesn't suit me, my skin immediately breaks out. After a terrible reaction to a different BB cream that left my skin in chaos, I spent my early days wearing masks daily. I couldn't even touch makeup and had to visit the dermatologist for a month. Once my skin improved a bit, I tried this product on my mom's recommendation, and it worked perfectly without causing any blemishes! I've been using it for 1-2 years now, and apart from seasonal changes, periods, or stress, I haven't experienced any breakouts with this! Being a CC cream, it also brightens my complexion, which is great. First off, since it's a CC cream, it's very light, so the makeup tends to fade... or should I say disappear? If I wear it for a long time, it seems to dissolve in my skin's natural oils. Also, on days when I wear makeup for more than eight hours, I notice a few small blemishes appearing... but that's probably due to my sensitive skin, right? Despite this, I'm still using it regularly. Following Isabe's advice that puffs should only be used once, I've stocked up on a large quantity of puffs and change them daily when applying the product. - w0*******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 7, 2018
This used to be my holy grail cushion foundation. It perfectly nailed the two most crucial aspects I look for - coverage and hydration. With continued use, I noticed it breaks down way too quickly on the skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 12, 2018
While the ingredients may not be the best, it's never caused a reaction on my super sensitive skin! I have dry skin, and this gives me a slightly dewy glow. In the past, it was too oily for me, but as I've gotten older and my skin's become drier, it's perfect for winter use. If you apply it thickly, it can even cover acne scars! It's also easy to touch up throughout the day. For someone with 21-22 skin tone, this cushion is a bit dark. It seems to have a slightly ashy undertone. Due to the color, I won't be repurchasing. You can apply it generously without worrying about it looking cakey! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 24, 2018
It seems capable of creating a sheer, natural-looking complexion. I love how it feels moisturizing when applied, but then sets to a matte finish. It's great that it doesn't leave marks when you touch your face after application. The coverage is a bit lacking and it has a slight yellow undertone. Because of this, even though I used shade 21, I didn't feel like it brightened my complexion as much as I expected. - cc*******Dry SkinJan 12, 2018
This is truly amazing - it doesn't cake at all! My skin has been so dry lately that every cushion I've tried has caked up. All the 'moisturizing' ones my friends recommended? Same story. They just kept caking, making my pores look huge and my dead skin cells more noticeable. I was about to give up and go bare-faced! But this one? It's like a miracle! It doesn't cake at all. I was so skeptical after all my failures that I only bought a sample instead of the full product. That's how pessimistic I've become lately! But surprisingly, it turned out to be fantastic. The staying power is pretty decent too! Maybe it's because my skin is too dry, but I'm not really getting that dewy glow effect. It could be because it's not summer - oddly enough, in summer, even a bit of moisture gives me that dewy look. Anyway, while it's great that it doesn't cake, it's not exactly cheap - it is Ohui after all! The puff is really subpar though, I'll probably need to use an Aritaum puff instead. It doesn't really look like you're wearing makeup, just gives a natural, bare-faced look as if you naturally had good skin. It might work well for people like me who are very dry but don't have many blemishes to cover. I've tried many cushions - The Face Shop, TheSaem, Sulwhasoo, IOPE, Hera, Innisfree, Lirikos - but only IOPE, Hera, Ohui, and Innisfree have worked for me. The others either caked up or didn't match my skin tone. Tap it on your cheeks and forehead two or three times with big pats. Instead of continuously patting, gently swipe it sideways. By the way, replace the puff with an Aritaum puff - the LG one that comes with it isn't great.
