  Pros

  I've probably used over 6 bottles of this essence, including the mini sizes that come as freebies when you buy the full-size product. The camellia essence suits my skin so well! I ended up trying the cream too. It has a balm-like texture that melts with your body heat when you apply it. It absorbs well into the skin and surprisingly, it's not as oily as I expected. Once absorbed, it leaves my skin feeling smooth with just the right amount of moisture, like a protective coating.

  Cons

  However, you really need to hydrate your skin well in the previous steps of your routine. This cream alone doesn't provide enough moisture or help with deep dryness. While I love how it applies, when it comes to functionality, it only offers oil and nothing more. It's a shame because Goodal makes such great essences, but they keep discontinuing them. It seems they're pushing this cream that doesn't have much merit. I wish they'd stop discontinuing their essences...

  Pros

  I bought this product before Goodal became famous for their Tangerine Honey line. The packaging is quite sleek and clean.

  Cons

  It comes in a solid balm form, which is inconvenient as you need to use a spatula, cotton swab, or your fingernail to scoop it out. It melts quickly when it comes into contact with the warmth of your hands. It's extremely oily, so if you apply it and go outside, you might attract all the dust in the world to your face. If you apply it before bed, you might wake up with your pillowcase stuck to your face. It's ironic how it makes your skin look glossy on the outside while feeling dry on the inside. The ingredients aren't great either, so I can't even use it on my body. It's a challenge to figure out what to do with it.

  I've been using this product for 2 years. The scent is lovely, almost like roses, but most importantly, I don't think I've had any issues with dead skin cells since I started using it! I'm prone to blemishes, but since using this product, I haven't had any major problems except for the occasional breakouts that women typically experience periodically.

  Cons

  1. It's a bit too rich... When I woke up in the morning, my face was excessively oily. Still, I didn't have any blemishes, probably because it doesn't contain stearic acid. I realized that my skin reacts badly to that ingredient... 2. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued... It seems they've relaunched it as part of the camellia line, but that product contains stearic acid, so I can't use it... Please bring back the original line!
