It absorbs well without being sticky, applies smoothly, has a pleasant scent, and gives life to my hair. Use just one pump. Any more than that and your hair will become greasy, heavy, and limp. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 29, 2016
I feel at ease knowing there are no harmful ingredients. The cream texture makes it easy to apply, and the scent is pleasant too. Being a hair cream, it leaves my hair feeling greasy after application. Due to the oiliness, dust tends to stick to my hair, making it feel unwashed. I don't plan on repurchasing this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinNov 29, 2015
The fragrance is lovely, and despite being a hair cream, it styles well too. It applies smoothly and absorbs well. My mother actually loves it even more than I do, so I ended up buying a separate one for her. Like many organic products, it doesn't produce dramatic changes. If you apply too much, it can become stiff like a gel, so it's important to control the amount you use. I've found that occasionally layering this brand's coconut oil with it makes my hair even more hydrated. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinNov 22, 2015
You only need to apply a small amount, so it lasts quite a while. If you use too much, it can feel greasy. I love that the lavender scent isn't artificial! After applying, I don't really notice my hair becoming shinier or softer. It's better to squeeze out just a little bit rather than pressing down fully. I recommend applying it only to the ends of your hair, as it can make your roots look greasy if applied too close to the scalp. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 4, 2015
The blemishes on my face have disappeared. Previously, whenever I used hair products, the areas where they touched my cheeks would always break out or turn red. Now, I have soft, smooth cheeks. As someone with extremely damaged hair who also uses a magic soap, I don't find the feel of this product bad. However, for those who use regular shampoo and conditioner, it might feel a bit heavy. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 2, 2015
Dr. Bronner's is known for being free of harmful ingredients. I've been using their Magic Soap for 6 months and this product for about a month now. Hmm... With other hair essences I used before this one, I could apply them 3-5 times after washing my hair and it was fine. But with this, even one application makes my hair too greasy. It makes my hair look unwashed and clumpy, so I can only apply half as much, which is disappointing. The absorbs well since it has a thin consistency, but because I have to use less, I feel like I'm not providing enough nourishment to my hair. It could be because I'm also washing my hair with the Magic Soap, but for now, the main issue is that it's greasy. As mentioned above, if you apply too much, it makes your hair really greasy. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 23, 2015
If you have oily hair and want something light and refreshing, this might work for you. However, as someone with split ends and dry hair, I didn't see much benefit. Although I used it diligently because of its gentle ingredients, it wasn't a product that really resonated with me. This is quite different from typical hair emulsions. It doesn't absorb well, provides little hydration, and even the scent is underwhelming.
