  They seem to be a gentle type. A family member who used to shout that their face was stinging whenever something was applied, is now saying that this doesn't hurt.

  Philosopia products seem to lack moisture. I used this and it dried out my skin, so I gave it to my family. And when you apply this, it makes your face sparkle like there are pearls in it...
