I had to wipe several times with a cotton pad to remove makeup, and it struggled with waterproof eyeliner and mascara. My usual Garnier cleansing water seems to be more effective at removing makeup. The cleansing effectiveness is underwhelming. It's also quite pricey considering the product quality. Removing makeup is the most important thing, right? So I remove my eye makeup separately, and then I soak a cotton pad with cleansing water and wipe my whole face. After doing this and washing my face, I feel like it gets cleaner! The makeup remover is generously applied to cotton pads It removes all makeup except mascara after 2 uses There is no stickiness at all The more it's used, the more sensitive the skin becomes It's difficult to use daily I do have sensitive skin to begin with
