It naturally brightens and covers sunken areas beautifully. It's great for adding dimension to specific areas, but personally, as heavy makeup doesn't suit me well, I love how it goes on so naturally, as if I'm not wearing any. It's difficult to expect exceptional coverage. Not recommended for those who prefer intense highlighting. To be honest, I enjoy the fun clicking sound it makes when you twist it to refill. That's part of why I like it so much. - ss*******Normal SkinRecommendedMay 2, 2022
1. It feels thin, with fine particles and a transparent finish, so it's like you're not wearing anything. It doesn't look thick or settle into wrinkles. 2. The color is perfect for dark circles. It doesn't provide 100% coverage, I guess? The opening gets a bit messy? A small amount comes out each time you twist, but if too much comes out, it's tricky to control the amount on the delicate eye area. Not sure if these are major drawbacks though. - sy*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 27, 2021
+ I've been using this product for a while now. Although it's a highlighter, I don't use it as one - I actually use it as a concealer instead. + I usually wear foundation shade 17, and this color matches me perfectly. + As you can see in the photo, I was worried about some red blemishes under my eyes, but after gently dabbing this on a few times, it covered them up nicely. + It comes with a brush applicator, so you don't have to get your hands messy. Just a few quick strokes and it covers everything so easily. + To be honest, I can't really think of any downsides. MAC cosmetics are well-known for their quality, and this product is one of my favorites among the MAC items I've tried. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 2, 2020
It applies beautifully, creating a sheer and natural finish that I love. My complexion looks radiant and dimensional, without any dullness. It's a bit tricky to control the amount, and it falls short as a highlighter. - ca******Combination SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2020
It gives a subtle glow, and when you apply highlighter on top, it adheres perfectly! I have fair skin, but for those with darker complexions, it might not be very noticeable. - nn*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 18, 2020
I've been using this to cover my dark circles. Since I have dry skin, the staff at the store recommended this over a concealer. The only downside is the price - it's a bit expensive! Other than that, I don't have any complaints. After my skincare routine, I apply this to my dark circles with five brush strokes, then pat it out with my fingers or a sponge. Afterwards, I cover my entire face with the CNP Propolis Cushion in shade 21. The dark circles completely disappear! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJan 14, 2020
This product seems great for both evening out skin tone and as a highlighter! If you want a natural-looking glow, just apply it where you want - it's absolutely gorgeous... Sometimes I find myself reaching for it less often because it's a bit of a hassle to remove the cap and twist it open. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 29, 2019
It's fantastic for applying to areas with darkening like dark circles. Surprisingly moisturizing and doesn't settle into fine lines, which is great. Usually, I'm cautious about highlighters looking too obvious, but this one blends seamlessly. The twist-up packaging can be tricky. If you twist up too much product, you're committed to using it all, creating a use-it-or-lose-it dilemma. Also, the application surface is quite narrow, which can be frustrating. For best results, twist twice and apply once to the dark circles, once just below, and repeat on the other side. Then twist twice more and apply to the T-zone. Gently pat with a puff to add dimension. The result is absolutely stunning. - ba*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 27, 2019
With its pink base, it brightens up your complexion when you dab it on your nose, cheeks, and under-eyes during touch-ups. It seems to provide good coverage too! I've been using it for several bottles now. If you're not expecting it to function as a perfect highlighter, but rather want something easy for touch-ups that combines the effects of a highlighter, cushion, and concealer all in one, then this works great! I didn't realize it before since I don't have many blemishes, but I feel like this product has some of the worst ingredients I've seen... Sigh. Apart from the ingredients, everything else is fine... For touch-ups, place a small amount on the tip of your nose, forehead, front of your cheeks, and chin, then gently pat with a puff. This helps cover any patchy areas while giving you a radiant glow. - ha*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityOct 15, 2019
What I really liked is how natural it looks due to its liquid formula. This might be a favorite for those who aren't fans of shimmer. It's quite drying. I had to stop using it because the areas where I applied the highlighter became too dry. According to a MAC store employee, this can also be used as an under-eye brightener before applying dark circle concealer.
