While it doesn't lather up too much when using your hands, it still produces a decent amount of foam. After cleansing, it feels like it strips away both oil and moisture, but it does leave your skin feeling soft. I didn't notice any improvement in my skin concerns though. Usually, I would have checked Hwahae before buying, but I was in a rush and my phone was dead. You know those sudden breakouts on the cheeks? I got one out of nowhere, and I'm wondering if it's because of this. Still, the overall experience is pretty average!
ConsThe foam doesn't rinse off easily. It leaves a slightly slippery feeling? Also, if it gets into your nose, it stings so badly you might get a nosebleed. (To be honest, even if it's just near your nose, it hurts!)
TipIf you whip up the foam in your hands as if you're creating air bubbles, it produces quite a bit of lather.

Picked this up at a Japanese drugstore for about 250 yen, which is roughly $2.50 - incredibly affordable. It lathers up nicely and has powerful cleansing effectiveness.
ConsNot recommended for dry skin types! It left my skin feeling so parched that no matter what skincare I applied afterwards, nothing seemed to absorb well. My face became red and irritated, and despite being marketed as an acne-fighting product, it actually caused more blemishes to appear.
TipIf it doesn't suit your skin, it's best not to use it.
