It contains both CMIT and MIT, which are ingredients found in humidifier disinfectants. Are these really necessary in shampoo? I've been using this for years, and I'm absolutely thrilled with how incredibly lightweight it feels! However, after checking Hwahae, I discovered there are too many harmful ingredients. As someone with an oily scalp, regular shampoos would leave my hair greasy and flaky within a day. But since using this, that's no longer an issue. I quite like the scent, and it's great that my scalp is less itchy now. The container was a bit inconvenient - having to squeeze it out to use. The fragrance is lovely. It lathers up nicely too... And that's about it? It's incredibly drying. While rinsing, it becomes so stiff that it's impossible to wash around the crown area. A conditioner is an absolute must. I chose this for its convenient size since I'm using it in a dorm, but it's completely unusable, so I'm tossing it out.
