As someone with wavy hair, I often struggle with frizz after blow-drying. This oil is a game-changer! It completely eliminates the frizz, leaving my hair looking smooth and well-defined. It also adds a beautiful shine that makes my locks look healthy and vibrant. The scent is quite strong, reminiscent of perfume, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. It's definitely a love-it-or-hate-it fragrance. Also, considering it's a hair oil, the price point is on the higher side compared to similar products on the market. - de******Combination SkinRecommendedJun 11, 2025
This is the best treatment I've ever used! I've been using it for a long time and will continue to do so in the future. There's nothing particularly bad about it. If I had to pick something, maybe the price? But honestly, given how effective it is, the price is totally reasonable! - ms************Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 8, 2025
As soon as you squeeze it out, a rich fragrance wafts up, which is absolutely delightful. You can feel the nourishment packed into the formula from the very texture! When applied to your hair, it calms your tresses and imparts a beautiful shine. There's hardly anything to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say the price is a bit on the higher side. Also, the glass container requires careful handling, which can be a bit of a hassle. - wa*****Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedJun 7, 2025
My hair was damaged, tangled, and dry, but as soon as I got out of the shower and applied just a drop or two, the difference was incredible! My locks are now shiny and soft! At first, the scent seemed a bit overpowering, and since it's an oil, it can feel a bit heavy if you don't control the amount you use. - je*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 4, 2025
I've been using this product for 12 years now. I've tried all sorts of popular products, but I always come back to Moroccan oil...! The scent is subtle and luxurious, and with consistent use, it gives me healthy, beautiful hair. While it's a bit pricey, you don't need to use much of this oil at once. One bottle lasts 4-6 months, so it's not too bad overall. - qw*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 2, 2025
It feels heavy and rich, so I recommend applying it in the evening. Great for those with damaged hair and fine strands. The price is wickedly high, which is a shame. Still, I trust Moroccanoil products and continue to use them. When it comes to hair care, especially for damaged and fine hair, finding the right product is crucial. This one, while on the heavier side, can work wonders when used as part of your nighttime routine. The rich formula is particularly beneficial for those dealing with hair damage and thinning. As for Moroccanoil, it's a brand that has earned trust in the beauty community, despite its premium pricing. Many users find the results justify the cost, but it's understandable to feel the pinch in your wallet. - 10*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 2, 2025
My hair length is just a bit longer than a bob - it falls slightly past my shoulders. When I apply just a tiny amount of this product (about half a pump) to the ends, it works wonders! It keeps my hair smooth without any tangles or breakage, maintaining a healthy look. I've been using it for years now! I highly recommend this for those like me who have bleached hair and are trying to grow it out. If you don't apply it thoroughly and carefully to your hair, it tends to leave residue on your palms. It's also worth noting that it doesn't come off easily when you touch other things - you definitely need to wipe your hands after application. That's a bit of a drawback, unfortunately. The product seems to be a hair treatment or styling product, likely a serum or oil, designed for damaged or color-treated hair. It appears to be effective in small amounts for maintaining hair health and manageability, particularly for those growing out bleached hair. However, the sticky residue it leaves on hands could be inconvenient for some users. - ih********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2025
When applied, it calms my hair and makes it so soft - I love it! There aren't really any downsides, except maybe the price...? It seems a bit expensive if you don't buy it on sale. Here's a tip I got from my hairstylist: mixing this oil with a hair cream makes your hair even smoother! - ab******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 26, 2025
Instantly softens the skin, luxurious fragrance, leaves no residue on hands, absorbs quickly While the scent is sophisticated, it reminds me of Southeast Asian hotels, expensive - fo*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 26, 2025
I've been using Moroccan Oil since it first launched, purely by chance, and even after 20 years, I still haven't found anything that can replace it. While the price has come down significantly, if I had to point out one drawback, it would be the cost. But it's definitely worth every penny! It absorbs well whether your hair is wet or dry. I recommend drying your hair with cool air after application.
