  Pros

  The instant brightening effect was impressive. Just be careful not to apply too much, or you might end up looking like a Kabuki actor!

  Cons

  Apart from evening out my skin tone, this product has more drawbacks for me, so I don't find myself reaching for it often. The thick texture is extremely drying, emphasizes dead skin cells, and severely clogs pores. Even when I tried using it on my relatively oily T-zone, I hesitated due to the intense pore-clogging effect, given my large pores.

  It has a rich texture and when applied, it makes your skin so fair that it could even be used as a base makeup!

  If you apply too much, it tends to pill. Despite its rich texture, it dries out quickly after application.

  Bought it on an employee's recommendation. It has a slight brightening effect. I got it because they said it's a basic product you can even sleep in. No blemishes so far.

  Cons

  It seems to dry out my skin in this weather. An oil serum is a must.
