The color is vibrant and the powder is relatively lightweight. Overall, it's a decent product. The strong scent is off-putting when using it. It smells like old-fashioned makeup my mother used to wear. When I first opened it, I was with friends and we all tried it. Out of the three of us, two (including myself) felt a tingling sensation as soon as the powder touched our faces (using the included puff). It was fine when I used it again later. This was the first time I've experienced this with a powder or compact product. It looks more natural when applied with a brush rather than the included puff. Just tap off the excess before applying.

The price is quite high. The case is too bulky. The powder holes tend to clog easily. Moreover, the ingredients aren't great.

Since it has a tint, I usually apply it over just sunscreen on bare skin. I use shade 2 Claire. Skin type: I prefer shade 21, but my skin is closer to 21.5 Spring/deep undertone complexion, favoring orange & coral shades Sensitive/combination T-zone + slightly dry elsewhere My skin immediately develops blemishes if a product doesn't suit me. The quantity is so generous that it lasts forever... I wish they'd reduce the amount and lower the price, but that's unlikely for Guerlain! I've been using this powder for 10 years. It applies lightly and thinly, offers some coverage, and has that lovely signature Guerlain fragrance. I've tried pressed powders too, but this loose powder works better for me. I apply it in the morning and hardly need any touch-ups throughout the day. The price is on the higher side. As I'm nearing the end of the product, small pieces from the gold-plated case have started to flake off and stick to my face. For a thin application, rub the powder between two puffs before applying. I've been using this powder for over 20 years, and it's absolutely the best. The color payoff, application, and longevity are unbeatable. I simply can't use any other product. While Guerlain products are great, it's disappointing that they contain so many potentially harmful ingredients. The compact case is beautiful. You can get it at a great price duty-free. The powder particles are fine and translucent, making it suitable for all complexions. It's excellent for controlling oil. When I used this alone, my face felt irritated. Looking at the ingredients, I realized my skin knows best. Also, the case is poorly designed - no matter what I do, the powder leaks. The fragrance is absolutely divine. It's Guerlain's signature scent, and people often ask me what perfume I'm wearing because it smells so good. As for its performance as a powder, well, it's just a powder, nothing extraordinary. Apart from being expensive because it's Guerlain, I don't see anything special about it. I've been using this holy grail product for nearly a decade. My skin is super sensitive and dry, but I'm not a fan of cushions that feel too thick and sticky. When I apply this over foundation and pat it in, it provides just the right amount of coverage and leaves my skin feeling wonderfully matte. The container is quite large, making it inconvenient to carry around. The coverage isn't sufficient when used alone, so I'd recommend it more for initial makeup application rather than touch-ups.
