While I'm not sure about the exact level of hydration, it did have a rich feel to it, which seemed to keep my skin moisturized for quite a while. It appears to do a good job as a cream.
ConsI can't really tell if it's particularly good or bad. I'm not sure if it provides a lot or little hydration, so I'll pass on this one. Additionally, it's too oily for summer use. If you apply makeup over it in summer, it gets way too greasy. Absolutely avoid using it in summer!

With my sensitive and combination skin, it applies very smoothly without causing any blemishes. The horse oil, being similar to human sebum, seems to balance oil and moisture well. Unlike the product advertised by Ha Nui Lee, this one uses Jeju horse oil. While I can't say which is better, this seems to be a decent product. It doesn't cause any deep dryness when used alone, and the scent is quite neutral.
ConsIt's a bit amusing how closely they've copied the packaging and product appearance of the one Ha Nui Lee advertises... It's almost confusing at first glance! Also, the price seems quite high for a road shop brand product.

I was pleased to learn it's from Jeju Island, not Japan, which gave me more confidence in the product. After using it, I found it nicely hydrating with just the right amount of richness, which seems to work well for my skin.
ConsThe downside? It's hard to buy online. My sister and I both tried it - I have sensitive combination skin, while she has oily skin. Unfortunately, it caused blemishes for her.
TipWhen I'm tired, I just remove my makeup, apply this cream, and go to sleep. My skin doesn't feel dry at all! Try using it lightly before bed for best results.
