The outer packaging is luxurious, and it even comes with a built-in spatula, which I was thrilled about. Unfortunately, I accidentally threw it away, so I'm just using my hands to apply it now. This cream is incredibly rich and nourishing! When I apply it at night, I can feel the deep moisturizing effect the next morning. It seems to work wonders for elasticity and strengthening the skin barrier. Considering it's priced at $55 and often comes with a buy-one-get-one-free deal, I'd say the value for money isn't bad at all. The scent wasn't off-putting either. As I've been using it, I've noticed that the amount you get is quite generous. I wish I had written this review in winter. Because it contains horse oil, it feels quite heavy, and I'm concerned it might be too rich for summer use. However, since I have a mindset of using up any opened cosmetics within 6 months to a year, I'm persevering and continuing to use it even in summer. I recommend using this only at night. If you wear makeup when going out and want to use this in the morning, make sure to let it absorb fully. It definitely relieves dry areas when applied, and when I use it before bed, my skin feels wonderfully hydrated the next morning. It does have a slightly oily texture, and the scent is quite unique, possibly due to the horse oil ingredient. - dk*******Combination SkinAcne SkinDec 17, 2017
It absorbs well, making it great to apply before makeup. Even though it's winter and I have very dry skin, mixing in a drop of oil prevents any feeling of dryness. There's nothing I dislike about it. When using cream, instead of rubbing it in, pat it until it's absorbed. Also, it's better to keep your skin temperature slightly cool rather than warm. When sleeping, keep your body warm but your face cool to solve dehydration issues. If your skin gets too hot, the moisture inside evaporates. I bought it during a buy-one-get-one-free deal. It seems to have a high content of horse oil and nutrients... The way it absorbs is somewhat strange. It's quite rich and hydrating, but it's like I'm constantly teetering on the edge between my skin reacting badly and not. This would be fantastic for those with dry skin! It's incredibly moisturizing and has excellent hydrating power! Maybe it's because I have oily skin, but should I say it's too greasy? Perfect for dry skin! It's moisturizing without being sticky or greasy. The scent is pleasantly subtle, and the hydration lasts for a long time. I'm 100% going to repurchase this. After much deliberation, I found this product, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. For those of us with very dry skin, it's crucial to layer products effectively to address both oil and moisture deficiencies. This cream seems to do an excellent job of balancing both hydration and oil content. The downside is that if you apply just a small amount, it seems to evaporate quickly, leaving your skin feeling dehydrated. I found it's best to apply it generously. It's great for nighttime use, but being a cream, it does feel slightly heavy on the skin.
