Pros
I've been using this product since I was 20 years old, but recently it seems to have been renewed as the texture has changed. The cleansing is really effective and it leaves a nice moisturized feeling.

While the fragrance is due to the ingredients, it is a pleasant scent and effectively removes facial oil.
Cons
I didn't know the ingredients were so bad, but after using it for a day, breakouts immediately appeared. I thought it was just an adjustment period, so I continued using it for 1-2 weeks, but instead of improving, suddenly even pimples I didn't have before started popping up. My skin also became extremely rough with blackheads and flaky. After about 3 weeks, I immediately stopped using it, and my skin went back to normal when I switched to a different cleanser. It just didn't suit me at all, and with all the surfactants, it completely stripped away my skin's oil and moisture, leaving it completely dry and rough after cleansing. I'd recommend sensitive or dry skin types to avoid this.

Pros
After cleansing, it feels so soft. It really purifies the pores and leaves a clean feeling, yet it doesn't feel tight at all, but rather supple and smooth. Even without a separate scrub, it feels a bit less soft than when I used the Lush Mask of Magnaminty, but still very nice.
Cons
Linalool, linalool, linalool ㅠㅜ...... I've had a bad reaction before using a product with linalool. I'm sensitive to citronellol, linalool, and the like, and this made my skin feel inflamed and irritated ^^,,, Linalool is really troublesome.

If you're not sensitive to fragrances, the scent and feel are quite nice.

Pros
I've been using this brand's products for about 2-3 years because I like the brand. The cleansing power seems good too.. And I was able to get a free cleansing foam by saving up points. But....

I've had consistent trouble. I didn't know the reason.. Severe cystic acne, whiteheads, all over my face.. I went to a dermatologist but there was no improvement ㅠㅠ Looking at the ingredients, I think I understand why.. About 2 hours after cleansing, there's oil on my forehead and nose..;; I have oily, acne-prone skin. I'm not sure if it was because of this product, but I'm trying to change my skincare one by one, I first switched just the cleanser to Hwahae, and in 3 days my whiteheads came back.. I used to use: 1st - Banila Co. Clean It Zero 2nd - Biotherm Cleansing Foam (morning only) Now I'm using: 1st - Bioderma Sensibio Cleansing Water 2nd - Innisfree Jeju Sea Salt 40% Morning - Innisfree Blueberry (slightly acidic) I've been using the new 1st cleanser for about a week, and the rest for 4 days.
Tip
When you buy Biotherm products, they give you points that you can exchange for products at the end of the year~ The lowest item you can get with the points is the cleansing foam~ I, for one, will never use that again..;;

Pros
At first, it was good that it wasn't too watery like water. But later, skin tightness occurred.
Cons
My oily skin is really bad. I usually get a lot of whiteheads on my chin, but after using this, I also got cystic acne and it appeared on my cheeks too. I bought a set of 3 at the duty-free store, so it's a waste of money, but I'm going to throw it away now. It doesn't even lather well and it's extremely drying.

It's gentle. There's no tightening feeling after washing. It's smooth and silky.
