I'm a fan of Ceraderm's Black Peel products, but regular peeling can be a hassle to wash off and too harsh for daily use. This product, however, is perfect as a spot treatment for everyday use without the need to rinse. It's convenient and gentle enough for regular application. The small size makes it portable, so I can easily carry it around for on-the-go blemish care. While it has a tangy scent due to the black vinegar, it dissipates quickly. I've noticed it really helps reduce inflammation and soothes my skin effectively. I'm not too fond of the tangy smell. Also, I tend to avoid using it when I'm going out.

When applied after extraction, scabs fall off faster. It calms inflammatory acne and seems to be the best for preventing scars. I've gone through more than 10 bottles and keep refilling. I feel anxious without it and always repurchase before it runs out. The scent is like vinegar, unfortunately. The quantity is too small, but it lasts a long time since I only apply it as a spot treatment. When dabbed on as a spot treatment after extraction, scabs fall off faster, promoting quicker healing. It seems to have a peeling or exfoliating effect.
