Occasionally, the twist-up mechanism gets stuck and doesn't turn. But that's about the only flaw... It's nearly perfect!

I'd be so upset if I had paid the full 8,000 won price. Please, for your own sake, don't buy this. It fails to perform any of the functions of a lip balm.

When I apply it, people ask if I've been eating candy - it's that noticeable! I love how it leaves such a sweet scent on my lips.
