The scent was okay, but how should I put it... it had a sort of artificial smell? I was a bit disappointed. And as I was applying the lip balm, the top part became hard and separated - it's like the outer layer peeled off and fell away. Is it just mine that did this? I probably won't buy it again.

Occasionally, the twist-up mechanism gets stuck and doesn't turn. But that's about the only flaw... It's nearly perfect!
