It's probably just personal preference, but it was only decent when I first applied it thickly. It definitely makes lashes look fuller.
ConsThe fact that it dries out extremely quickly. It's only been about a month since I bought it, and it's already dried up. It almost feels like a disposable product at this point.

Applying it before mascara definitely makes lashes appear longer.
ConsYou need to let it dry completely before applying mascara. Also, if you apply too much, some white residue might remain or clump even after putting on mascara.
